I went to a laser appointment on June 7th & was told the owner was trying to sell the laser hair removal machines to someone else. Once that happened I was to get a call to start treatments again. It's December 27th & still haven't gotten a call, so unclear if they're still doing the "laser" part of Laser Cosmetic?

None of the dr's figures added up she'd constantly change them & if you want a Lipo 360 the dr will talk you into a tummy tuck referring her buddy bcuz the dr doesn't do tummy tucks. Also I've seen her before & after pics with other clients & I can't tell much of a difference. There's better & more professional dr's out there but she is not one of them & on top of that she'll also rip you off. Be aware the lady is a scammer!!!

She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. If you're looking for someone to really help you learn about and improve the long term health of your skin, I highly recommend her.

Instead, he was condescending and dismissive, and talked more about his career and his speciality. My wife has severe anxiety triggered by medical appointments due to the substandard medical care here in Arizona. This was exacerbated by how she was cut off by Dr. Weyer each time she had a question or comment. He accused my wife of constantly interrupting, and gave me the impression that he was more concerned on telling my wife what he doesn't treat rather than discussing her dermatology issue. It was to the point of us (particularly my wife) feeling verbally attacked. We left immediately, as it seemed like he was actively instigating and trying to get an outburst from my wife. As we left, even the receptionist came off as rude, yelling after us that we needed to check out as we were exiting the exam area. This experience resulted in my wife having an anxiety attack as soon as we got to the car. My wife was not disruptive in any way. Dr. Weyer would cut her off every time she tried to ask a question or comment about what she discovered when doing her own research on her dermatological condition. Dr. Weyer gave the impression that the information that my wife had was insignificant. He would literally shrug his shoulders and throw up his hands as if there was nothing he could do. My wife felt both humiliated and attacked. We are NEVER returning to this dermatology office, especially given how Dr. Weyer clearly puts his ego over LISTENING to his patients' needs.
