I had 2 huge chunks in the front that were totally different sizes. My hair looked white green purple and yellow all in one. I did not see how bad it was until I got in my car and was in the sunlight. Email with pictures, unreturned phone calls, and numerous trips back in led them to tell me they could correct it and it would be $185. What?? Obviously I wouldn't let anyone in there touch my hair again with this type of customer service. I kept my hair up in a ponytail for over a month until I went to a different salon down the block that charged me less and could not believe what a disaster my hair was. I had to tell her to add heat protector to which she replied that she was adding at the end( maybe our heat protectors work differently). I was asking for curlers and was refused because she thought my hair wasn't long enough and that the brush would be enough for the look. then when she realized it was long enough... after stretching it out (they should know what shrinkage is). I originally found this place by just coming for a regular wash & set by one of the other girls. I've tried other places in the area, but I got the best wash & set here. Once I came in, I saw that they sold extensions, and I saw other clients getting maintenance with their tape in. I immediately asked for their Instagram, and saw that the owner did tape in installs and booked the appointment and here I am today. Even though I brought my own hair, I can tell by the extensions she had on display that it was quality hair, so she meant business!
