My car decided to stall on the way home from Burnsville on Cty Rd 42 about 6:30pm on a Sunday…read morenight. It was dark (daylight savings that day) and it was freezing (literally below 32). I have USAA so I used the roadside towing ap, which has worked well in the past but this time the text I got back was for 2 hours later! So I called the towing company that was assigned and asked if that was the earliest they could arrive as I had two children with me and it was getting cold already. They were not helpful and frankly could care less, so I told them not to bother. I called USAA back (well their agent) and asked if 2 hours was the best they could do.. apparently 1 to 1 1/2 hours was the sooner for an in-network towing company. I decided to just call on my own. Fish hook towing answered right away and passed me off to the driver to tell him where I was, he arrived 25 min later. He hooked up the vehicle quickly and it was cold and dark, so dangerous for him laying on the ground on Cty Rd 42, I appreciated his kindness, offering me a jacket and seat in his cab. We did the paperwork quickly and he went on his way to deliver my vehicle to the repair shop. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises!

Over the phone they said they would tow my car 45 miles for $2.00 a mile, however when the tow man…read morearrived he hooked my car up right away and something told me to clarify the price. Sure enough it went up!! He said I would have to also pay for his tow back to Apple Valley witch would of been a over 105 miles. When I told him to take the car off the truck all of the sudden he started to lower the price! Scamming!

Short story is he had bad tires and batteries the quote from the wheel chair repair store was over 2500.00 dollars. These guys took the time and effort to replace the tires and batteries at real costs not medical costs. We need more small business owners like this they now have all my business

He also provided an explanation of what the issue was in terms I could understand and to help me be knowledgeable when reaching out to other places to get a fix. He's also done repairs on my fiancé's car and they always get things done promptly and for a much more reasonable price than I've seen other places in town. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here =)

Had a flat tire. Called roadside assistance through my ins company. Deans came up as to who was…read morecoming to change it. I have a spare that hangs on the back with a cover on it. It was extremely hot out. So when the man had changed out the tires for me I told him to just put the flat and cover in the trunk. I told him it's to hot out and when I get the flat fixed I will have them put the cover back on, not to worry. Well was informed by the garage that fixed my flat, they cannot put the cover back as it was damaged. The zipper area was ripped out of the cover liner. Now I cannot put it back on. Called Deans explained what happened. Was asked what year my car was. Told him, 2010. He said it was probably just dried out from the sun after so many years. (I don't care how old it was, you damaged it.) I stated now anyone can walk up with a lug wrench and just grab the tire. He stated they can do that with the cover on. I get that but it wouldn't as easy. Not to mention the bolts will now be exposed the weather, you know, rain, snow the things that rust out metal. I have contacted my Ins to inform them that damage was done by Deans, and they will not make it right. Maybe Deans should be taken off their list.

The gentleman who came to my rescue not only directed me to his shop but followed the ten miles down the highway to make sure I didn't have problems till we got there where he found a good used tire and mounted it so I could make my way safely home.
