I got a letter back from the IRS that I couldn't get the rebate that all sources of information said I was elegible for. My tax account was able to submit the request for a rebate but it was denied. So, I either take them to small claims court or not get the money I'm owed. So many excuses from Harrison as to why my rebate didn't go through. Stay far away from this Ford and its sister company in northern Iowa.

It will pop out of gear when driving it and you'll have to get out and pop the hood and shove it back in. The VIN number is the engine number. I am shocked to see it for sale this quickly knowing you all did not have that much time to fix all these concerning issues. Another mechanic walking past had to tell the person at the service desk that there was no way the person working on the Jeep was going to be done tonight. I had to arrange for a ride home and arrange for transportation for a second day. It took until 2:00 the next day to complete the work. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor for a job that from my understanding should take an hour.
