Stay far away from this Ford and its sister company in northern Iowa.

This was a defective part and repair should have been covered by warranty. While AutoZone (part supplier) did pay for the repair to the front end, they have still not paid for the damage done to the front fender. It has now been 3 months since the incident and I just keep getting excuses. If this had happened at highway speed, my son could have been killed or seriously injured. Greg's and/or AutoZone need to step up and pay my son for the damage done to his car as a result of a faulty part!!!

Told me not to worry I was covered. Take it to where ever I want and get it repaired. But it didn't end there. I was heading to the west coast and Jay knew I was busy and he took the time to call the national warranty center and get a claim started for me and call me with the number! Are you kidding me? This level of service has all but disappeared from our society, but not in Mankato. In the end we had the vehicle repaired and yep Jay called to follow up on how it went.
