I told the owner that my surgeon needs to be part of care coordination and that i need to pause the next session to get his feedback. The owner was having none of it and demanded that i continue regardless. He fired me via text that day and texted once again that evening, telling me to never return. Understand there were no harsh words and i found his unwillingness to coordinate care disturbing. Concerns were valid since my surgeon prohibited stretch table therapy around the surgery date and weeks thereafter. I had a 3rd laminectomy, 5wks in a walker, 2wks in a cane, subsequent physical therapy elsewhere. Surgeon says it takes a full year to heal my motor nerve damage. Consider all aspects of physical therapy including a firm's willingness to work with multiple healthcare providers. I cannot recommend this firm if you are working with more than 1.

I originally came to get enough pt so I could get an mri but Marek's care and thorough workouts helped alleviate my shoulder pain. I no longer experience numbness and the nerve pain in my neck which was connected to my shoulder practically disappeared. I have been to four other doctors and chiropractors before this establishment and none have been able to help me until now. She has always been friendly and attentive and makes me feel like her only patient. She takes time to re-familiarize herself with my medical history before seeing me. She asks good questions and listens to what I have to say. She is always happy to explain things, and she is easy to understand. She clearly knows what she is doing, and I believe she gives me very good advice and makes good decisions regarding my care and treatments. She has signifigantly helped me with lower back pain, shoulder pain, and head/neck pain issues, ones which surgeons recommend chiropractic treatment for, in my situation. Staff is friendly, hours are flexible, and Dr. has even seen me in the past five months on her weekends when closed on four Sundays for acute neck issues. She does have her practice on the first floor of her house, so of four patient tables, two are in open areas and two are in private rooms. If you prefer a private room, request it, and every effort is made to place you in one. Certain patient days and hours are quieter than others. I avoid Weds afternoons, knowing they are noisier than Thursday am (schools open, business is quieter), for example. If Dr. Liz is closed for conferences, she is even open to her patients seeing another chiropractor, which is rare among doctors. She cares very much about her patients, and she will adjust her chiropractic techniques based on your feedback. She has for me numerous times.
