I have a claim with an assigned technician out of Kalamazoo who has canceled/rescheduled three times now. I have called to speak to someone at this store 5 times this morning. The first time they put me on an eternal hold. I called back and asked for a manager, was transferred, and hung up on twice. The fourth time I called it rang and rang and the line went dead. The fifth time I was told the manager was busy and it would be over an hour wait time to get help. I asked for the district manager information and was told "I'm just a cashier answering the phone, I don't know who that is. I wouldn't know where to find that"... I called Lowes customer service and they said they don't have manager info, I have to call the local store to find out. I called Lowes corporate twice, was connected to someone in India both times, and both of those people hung up on me. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES!! It's a total scam. I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from Lowes in the future.

Also use to buy Eco Friendly granular for ticks and fleas to spread in my back yard to safely protect my 2 dogs who are family . Home Depot stopped selling it so I was looking to order it from Amazon . The Owner told me he could get it for me , even was cheaper and no extra for shipping . I bought 4 bags . I used to think ACE was just like the other big box places, but your Stevensville store really showed me the true meaning of a hometown hardware store! Two weekends ago, I stopped into my ACE. And the lady at the front register (wish I could remember her name) remembered my face and our previous convo about how I love getting popcorn from there on Saturdays...she fired up the popcorn machine while I was shopping! And I walked out with some of the freshest popcorn in all of Berrien County! I really appreciate your store and the wonderful people there. Whether you need something for your dog, your kitty, your hamster, your rabbit or even your birds, you will find what you need. They also have birds that made a nest in the ceiling so that was a fun distraction for the kid, and also pretty typical of this brand of store. I swear they always have birds haha.
