He said they have it and will have to come back. He came back with a system that was NOT negative pressure. Cleaned only about 50% of the ducts cause his system would not work on flex pipes. Also said I needed a new log set and nothing was to code (My house was built in 98) Well come to find out after I reached someone else for a second opinion my remote setting needed to be turned off (because I was never given a remote) and then BAM we had fire.
