Avoid this place. They will see you for 5 minutes after you've been waiting loooooong past your scheduled appointment time. Multiple times we've waited for over an hour to be seen. This was not an isolated incident as it has happened consistently regardless of when the appt is scheduled (morning, afternoon, etc.). If the care we received was worth it, I don't think we'd mind waiting but in multiple visits the PA/NP (Nicole?) has been neither thorough nor compassionate. I wasn't going to leave a review but was truly shocked to see their high rating so felt I owed the community at large a fair warning. Stay away from this practice unless you are looking for a practice that wastes your time and gives you subpar care. There are better places in the nearby area (Troy, Birmingham) who will value your time and treat you with the compassionate care you deserve. If you are already a patient here, I encourage you to find another practice and potentially look into filing a formal complaint through LARA as well as your insurance company if your "care" was as subpar as ours has been, as I will be looking into. This is absolutely appalling. But at least the front office staff is pleasant! Kidding - they're incredibly rude and unhelpful - negativity attracts negativity. If you're a potential patient give them a call and see how helpful they are about your questions or scheduling before you commit to get a taste of what you'll be dealing with. Then time how long it takes to be seen.

I get that it is my mother's responsibility to know what her insurance covers and not but who really knows every detail of there insurance. Over two months later I get huge bills from another company, apparently the billing company, that I wasn't expecting if I was answered correctly in the beginning I would have planned accordingly. Terrible service. The techs seem to do all the work. It seems either too busy because people show up for appointments late or overstaffed because the schedule is done poorly. He treats every patient with respect, compassion, and genuine concern. You never feel rushed, and he makes you feel like your health and well-being truly matter. In today's world, it is rare to find a doctor who provides this level of personal attention and care. Another thing I appreciate is that the practice is available even on weekends, making it easier to get the care you need when you need it.
