I called and scheduled a new patient cleaning after confirming they do take my insurance. I was not…read moretold that they don't do the cleaning the first appointment. My previous experience (Indiana dentist) led me to believe I was getting my teeth cleaned, as when they asked what the appointment was for I said to get my teeth cleaned and checked. I filled out paperwork before arriving, and also provided my insurance card upon check in. I got my X-rays, and then waited for the doc for about 20 minutes, after he looked me over I sat, 2 hours I wait for them to do a check for gingivitis that took 4 minutes and then send me up to the office manager, who THEN tells me they can't verify my insurance or tell me what the cost of the visit is. Two and a half hours after I checked in. Then wanted me to schedule with them not knowing if they take my insurance or cost of services. That is illegal since the no surprises act was passed. If my insurance couldn't be verified, I should have been presented with cost PRIOR to services being administered. I'm canceling my families appointments for next week. Now I will have to pay out of pocket at the next dentist bc they used my one a year that was covered. As someone who works in Medical Insurance billing I'm embarrassed at how the billing staff handled everything start to finish.

We called Dr Palte's office after 5:00 pm and the next morning, Michelle called from the office and got us an appointment for the next morning. Dr Palte and his staff were very kind, understanding, and compassionate. preliminary exam performed and Dr Palte sat down and explained the procedure in complete detail. unfortunately due to the condition of the tooth Dr explained options of repair and removal. I decided based on Dr Palte's opinion that the best alternative was to remove the tooth and plan for either a bridge or an implant. The tooth was removed and prep started for the implant. My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr Palte took the time to totally explain the procedures and my options and I am very confident in my treatment plan. His staff is outstanding and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. His staff also gave me documentation of the procedure and completed all the insurance forms for the visit. I plan on having an implant placed and I will definitely return to Dr Palte's office for the procedure. Great job Dr Palte and your staff.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days of the referral. My first interaction was with Michelle who I immediately loved. She was very kind, welcoming and explained in detail what to expect from my visit. I was evaluated by Dr. Kimball, and when I say she is a real gem, that is an understatement. Her passion for dentistry exudes from her like a ray of sunshine. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and immediately after the evaluation began the first phase of the root canal. Her assistant Crystal, and her work together like pancakes and syrup. There interaction with each other is both professional and comedic, and definitely takes the edge off from undergoing a dental procedure. I could go on and on with my review, but in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this Endodontist if you want to experience an anxiety free procedure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I left with purple bruising on the inside & outside of my lower & upper molar gums, my tongue was sprained & deeply bruised, & she told me if I felt anything I could say so. I tried to tell her that she didn't numb an area enough & she told me to "hold on" & I was "doing good" and kept going. That was last Thursday and this is Monday morning & my cheek is a bit swollen still but nothing like it was over the weekend. I've never had my gums bruised so badly - I had orthodontics for 6 years & never felt like this. The chip in my tooth is still sharp & my bite is off. It's been 5 days & my gums still show some bruising & are sensitive. I will not go there again. The receptionist was extremely curt, the dentist was rude & rough. No cavity work should leave severe bruising & swelling; I was told to take Tylenol - what a joke. 0/0 stars - I wouldn't recommend them or ever go back.
