Jessica continues to take on new clients under both this company name and her actual name and posts them almost daily to her blogs, websites, and social media sites, but has not completed orders or communicated with clients who paid for her services a year ago. It's despicable. While she can capture the most important moments in a person's life with beautiful photos, they mean nothing if you don't get them. If you do hire her, I would also discourage you from paying for one of her albums. I have seen first hand the low quality of her albums and have seen much better displays of a person's momentous occasion from an album created on Snapfish. The photos we recieved were nothing like what we requested or what was depicted regarding examples of his work on Yelp. In his defense, it was a gloomy autumn day but he did not anticipate the poor lighting nor did he bring any specialty equipment such as using a light reflector or flash boxes to improve lighting. After reaching out to see if the photos could be improved with editing, he became very defensive and unwilling to help. He arrived 20 minutes late, and complained about being ill the entire shoot. My daughter's face was partly obstructed in one of the photos which was the only photo sent of that style. I wanted to try and find a way, through editing, to improve the photos but again, the photographer was unwilling to help. I don't recommend his services for senior photos.

But, when I get back I will send you the pricing info! " email. That is so helpful to a bride who is planning at all hours of the night (because, honestly, what bride doesn't plan at 2am?) - Alison is organized and thorough. I got all the information about pricing, albums, expectations and requests up front. Our initial meeting with Alison left us feeling completely comfortable in her hands since she was on top of her game. I never had to worry once we decided to utilize her talents! - Alison makes the pre-wedding and day of wedding run so smoothly. She helped me craft a pristine wedding schedule of events and was an expert at keeping us on track during the actual wedding without being bossy or pushy. She arrived on time and ready to shoot and kept the mood light and worry free! She even reminded me to eat (thanks Alison!) so I wouldn't pass out when walking down the aisle. She brought snacks with her, in case I didn't have any. During the day, she blended into the background and I barely even noticed her stealthily snapping shots during the ceremony and dinner. - Alison got my proofs back to me in a month and boy, are they STUNNING! The final product from our day is exactly what we wanted -- relaxed, candid, bright and thoughtful images of the best day of our lives. She caught every detail, every smile, every bouquet of flowers and edited the group down to 550 of the most beautiful pictures. I've just been skipping through them for the 5th time in a day and I am completely in love. Thrilled doesn't even begin to describe what I am about these pictures! I can't wait to pick out the photos I want for our album and work with Alison to create that heirloom piece. I have never seen a photographer put so much heart into the work they do. She was able to make my wedding photos speak and I am going to treasure them for the rest of my life!!! We desperately wanted to love these photographers, and we did until the actual wedding day and when we got the pictures. They were very nice, but this is not a good choice for wedding photography. I was very meticulous with my planning and gave the photographers detailed schedules for the day with addresses included. Still, the photographer that was supposed to take pictures of the girls getting ready showed up at the wrong address and was over an hour late by the time she got to us. That meant, most of the pics that were supposed to happen before the ceremony didn't happen until after. Then, even though all the guys' pics had been done very well BEFORE the ceremony by the second photographer, the primary photographer insisted on wasting time redoing them after the ceremony. We tried to help the photographers understand some of the shots we wanted long before the wedding day, but they clearly had not taken the time to think through how to do some VERY simple requests so we didn't even get some of the pics we wanted. I specifically asked for one of the photographers to get a picture of my husband's face when he first saw me enter the ceremony and they didn't get the once-in-a-lifetime shot. Also, they took SO long doing pics between the ceremony and dinner that we were an hour and a half later to our reception than we should have been, our guests didn't eat until after 9pm, and some of our guests had to leave before we even arrived. Then, the photographers left at 10pm anyway, BEFORE I tossed the boquet or had any of our first dances, even though it was THEIR tardiness that made us run that late in the first place. When we finally got the pictures, I was very disappointed by the quality. The framing was awful and many times the people weren't even centered in the photos----and these were the EDITED photos. I haven't even looked at the non-edited ones yet. Thank GOODNESS we got the RAW files so my photographer sister--in-law can fix their mistakes. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I do not recommend them unless you have the technology, know-how, and time to edit your own photographs and get the RAW files.
