My wife has a level 9 pain and we were told to rush to the ER. They promised to get her some Tylenols while we waited and it's been over an hour and they seem bothered every time I ask for an update on the Tylenol. The employee who we are dealing with is Claire T. She refuses to give us updates or a Tylenol and seems annoyed every time I ask. She suspected I took a photo of her and within minutes a PA, an RN and multiple security personal were available to address this "pressing" issue. They couldn't find anyone to get my wife a pain killer for over an hour or see us for 5 hours but had no problem providing an RN for over 20 minutes to discuss their policies relating to photos. I do not recommend this place. Other ERs in the area don't have wait times and are much more helpful. Update: it's now 6 hours and we haven't seen a doctor yet. Update: it's now 7 hours and we have yet to see a doctor

I had a heart monitor put on by the practice and yet they don't recognize me as a patient. Two of the staff, a nurse/tech named Christine and the office manager Marly both hung up the phone on me, insisting I am not their patient. "we have had enough of you calling this office, we have nothing to do with you..," click, hung up on me. However, the monitoring company Boston Scientific states that Dr. Issac Grinberg is the ordering physician and his name is on one of the reports the company sent to me and Dr Shah's name is on the other report. and yet the office manager hangs up on me the patient and i have received no follow up.

He is always extremely concerned about my overall heath and even more concerned about my heart. From my first visit he has talked and treated me not only like a Dr. but also as a close friend. One time he was in California when I had an issue. He called me and offered to cut his trip short and come back to treat me. But I had to convince him that my situation is not that urgent form him to interrupt his trip. I had a choice for another good cardiologist to perform the procedure, but I chose to wait for him to come back to perform my procedure. Because I think he is exceptionally knowledgeable and he is the best Dr. I first trust is in God. And I trust him after God. I know when he suggest a procedure or medication, it is for my wellbeing only. Throughout the years due to my genetic issues and other issues, my heart problems has become chronic. I can see on his face how hard he is thinking about what else he can do for me. He has done everything that a great cardiologist would do for his patient. But be wants to do more. And he does more. By next visit, he has some other suggestion; either an extremely new medication or procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, I have recommended him to my family and friends.
