I tried both the Akaushi Cheeseburger and Grilled Chicken Sandwich and can recommend both. Akaushi is from Japanese Brown cows, and one of several sources of Wagyu. It'll cost more than In and Out or Habit Grill but its justifiable with the juicy burger. I also love their thick-cut, perfectly seasoned fries. Customers should receive the same quality and ingredients regardless of how they place their orders. I request that management investigate the handling and preparation of DoorDash orders and take appropriate steps to prevent these recurring problems. Please also review the discrepancy between the ingredients advertised on your menu and those provided to customers. I am requesting a refund for this unacceptable order, along with a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. If these concerns are not resolved, I may contact the local Environmental Health Department regarding the recurring food-quality and preparation issues.
