We found this dessert shop on Yelp and decided to check it out since we were in the area and the weather was warm. As we waited in line for our turn, a line started to form behind us (not a bad sign). Their menu has a bit of everything -- from paletas to ice cream to Mexican snacks to boba. I got a double scoop of their mint chocolate and Oreo ice cream. The mint chocolate ice cream was delicious and had a light mint flavor and pastel green color to it. The chocolate chips were actual chocolate chips and were medium in side (almost like the ones you would use for baking). I enjoyed the ice cream itself but wasn't too big of a fan of the chocolate chips (I prefer the chocolate to be more fine). The Oreo ice cream really lived up to its name. There were tons of Oreo cookies pieces with each bite. The base ice cream itself was a light vanilla flavor, which paired well with the Oreos. I highly recommend the Oreo ice cream flavor. They accept credit card and have plenty of parking since they're tucked to one side of Nob Hill market. read more

Love this place, lots of flavor choices, excellent ice cream and outstanding fruit based popsicles. One of us had the mango with chili popsicle, lots of whole pieces of mango and plenty of chili made this a great combo of savory and sweet. Powerful chili kick so beware if you are sensitive to spicy foods. The other one had two scoops of ice cream - mexican chocolate and the cheesecake with blackberry. Cheesecake had big pieces of berry and a sweet swirl all in a rich cheesecake like ice cream. It contrasted well with the mild, milky mexican chocolate flavor. We arrived around 7:30pm and seven other folks came in just in front of us. It was a bit of wait as many of them got milkshakes but the folks serving were efficient so it wasn't terrible. Although most folks who come here speak Spanish (in my limited experience), I was totally comfortable as an English speaker and the menu was easy to navigate as it had all of the flavors listed in Spanish and English. Tasty treats and great service! The bright interior is appealing and the pictures of items helps someone who's never been here before be able to order something they will really like. We ordered a little popsicle and the cashier gave us a free sample of a strawberry dessert which we thought was very nice. We'll be back another day to try something else! Queso cotija may be one of my new favorite ice cream flavors. Yes. You read that right. Queso cotija. This is just one of many creative, delicious flavors they sell here. From mazapan to pinenut, everything I tried was delicious. And I tried a lot of them. The owners were super friendly and cheerful and happy to let us try out their ice creams. I landed on a double of queso cotija and gansito and it was awesome. Most of us got ice cream but there were a few of us that didn't want it and they had plenty of other options. They sell paletas and sorbets of all kinds of flavors, dessert treats like mangonadas and frutas, and more savory items like esquites and tostilocos. With all of this variety and all of it being well done, there's something for everyone and this is a great place to grab a treat with a friend. In the Nob Hill shopping center, there's ample parking in the lot. The inside has plenty of room and several places to sit with a cutesy decor. The owners were friendly and the vibes were just happy. They have a variety of mexican antojitos including mangoneadas, paletas, nieves of all kind of different delicious flavors and so much more! All made in house We tasted the guava, tres leche, mango y chocolate abuelita ice creams, all which were good but "chocolate abuelita" was my favorite. Decor is fun and bright. Great place for kids! Visited during opening day, as I happened to see then on a visit to Watsonville. The staff, most of which was family is amazing and very friendly! Mr. Fernandez helped us and he too was amazing. Visited early on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait time which was nice. The menu is overwhelming at first since there are so many categories, ice cream, paletas (ice pops), Mexican street food, etc. I was really impressed by the ice cream selection, and there were some flavors I hadn't tried anywhere else before such as cotija cheese. I sampled the Mexican hot chocolate flavor and it was amazing. I ended up going with an esquite (corn, mayo, cheese, chile). It was good, however I'm used to a sauce like Valentina, but it had only powdered chile, it made it really overwhelming and not as good. It was also a bit overpriced for what you get. The service was fine, not rude but not overly warm (but I don't get too pressed about things like that). Would go back for a full serving of the Mexican hot chocolate ice cream for sure. read more

Best place to eat at ever they sell so much stuff and all of them are 10 times better than the last one, me and my brother and little niece went in to buy esquites and I order two in one bowl and an extra one and one of the guys there gave us double for one so he gave us two for the price of one which was awesome and I ordered another one for my mom and they did the same again which at that point I was like Bruh this place is better than any other in Watsonville for Mexican delights and deserts and there cheap I ordered 6 esquites (corn with mayo,cheese,hotcheeto puffs, and Tajin)it was bomb btw and a cup of ice cream for a total of 18$ (cheap) and overall the employees were kind and when I left they saw my sister left without anything so they gave her a free strawberry cup with yogurt. Came here for a third time today and had another amazing experience. The service was awesome, as usual, and the we tried three different items. Last time we loved their mangonada and loved it, but this time we tried the pina loca, dori-esquite and the fruita agua Fresca. All three items I would definitely have again. The only thing I would ask for differently is to have some extra Chile powder on the dori-esquite the corn took away a lot of the heat from the Valentina. I haven't even left town and I am already thinking about what I'm going to try next time I come to Watsonville. read more

I've been here several times because I enjoyed their mangoneadas but have to say this will be the last time I give business to this place. I asked for a mangoneada and after being asked the flavor of ice cream I requested two ice cream flavors. If you guys have been here before you know they usually add pieces of mango on top. But instead I was given a half empty mangoneada with no mango. When I asked the owner if she could please add mango on top, like they usually do to their mangoneadas I was told, no mango could be added since I had already choosen two ice cream flavors. Despite the fact cup was halfway empty. Will not be coming here again. Ice cream is not cheap here. Specially to be getting half of what you pay for. read more
