You price markup's are ridiculous. Yes I still needed a tire which I was able to get a new tire and still came in $200 cheaper than you quoted me just for the oil pan alone. I don't know why you mark everything up so much and I'm sure you're not the only ones doing so. I could say a number of other things but it wouldn't change anything so I won't.

After she did get pricing and availability, she said she would call me back after she talked to the shop manager. Well.....never got a phone call. Then they found the problem. After a fair estimate, lower than two other estimates , they quickly corrected problem. It was actually nine dollars less than the estimate. How often does that happen? They were quick and if they can't fix it, they know somebody who can help you. Miss Christine said it best, "If you give a fair deal, the customer comes back". if you're having car problems, it would be a smart move on your part to have them take a look and give you an estimate. It took about an hour and a half which is still not bad so I had someone pick me up. I was shown which tires they had in stock and I asked for a recommendation. I am very pleased with the Blackhawk tires, smooth ride, absorbs bumps well, but when the tire pressure sensors were put back in one went bad and the other tire was showing too much PSI. I brought my car back after driving it around for a few minutes and they checked it out. I was informed the small battery went dead in the one (common after so many years) and maybe the other tire was overfilled(?). I was given a discount on a new TPS for the tire. Very good service, everyone was very friendly and professional and I think the prices are fair. You can also find discounts on their website. Be prepared for a wait when you go.
