After Brittany had said a bunch of things about quality replacement parts and warranty and things on an oil pan and whatever else I have this little bit to add. Not including the tire I got the oil pan from the same place that you could get it from and had it installed and it came with a warranty as well and it was $400 cheaper than you quoted and no it wasn't done in someone's yard either. You price markup's are ridiculous. Yes I still needed a tire which I was able to get a new tire and still came in $200 cheaper than you quoted me just for the oil pan alone. I don't know why you mark everything up so much and I'm sure you're not the only ones doing so. I could say a number of other things but it wouldn't change anything so I won't. read more

Attention Do Not Use Performance Tire and Wheel My GT500 has 11,000 miles and has never had tires put on it EVER prior to PTW touching it. Shit, I had to order a wheel key from MCGard because I wasn't given one.....the previous owner that had the car Up until 4700 miles was never given it from the dealership (the wheels haven't even been off of the car!) I brought it to PTW to get some new shoes and this is how my wheels looked after I got it back. I sent pictures to Don the manager and he asked that I bring the car in. After a 35 minute drive there, I could tell he already had decided he was not going to be honorable in any way before I got there. I asked to go and snag my take-offs to show that there was 0 damage to them and he side-stepped every time; he said that that wouldn't show him anything. EVERY SINGLE WHEEL IS SCRATCHED UP!!!!! Good Ole Don said there is no way that they did it, and I am telling you THEY FU*%ING DID! I'm sick to my stomach about this and am now on a warpath. Has anyone on here had any luck with a lawsuit against a company that fu*%ed up their vehicles? On a side note, Good Ole Don criticized me for not ordering the tires from them when they told me over the phone that they couldn't get them. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!!!! Had my husbands truck for over 6 hours just to tell him they couldn't do an alignment. No one bothered to call, it wasn't until he went in and asked about it that he was told they couldn't do it and then they said they were too busy to give him an estimate to fix whatever needed to be fixed. Needless to say we'll be going somewhere else that a) is capable of communicating with customers and b) actually wants customers business. I would definitely suggest taking your car elsewhere if you need timely service. read more

This was my first visit to PTW. I will say that I was concerned that they didn't schedule appointments. Once I arrived, it was obvious that PTW was staffed and had equipment to get customers in and out. Within minutes, my car was on its way to a rack. As they were wrapping up my install, the tech, DJ, got my attention and pointed out I had a slightly bent wheel. He put it on the balancer and showed me. He assured me that it was not bent enough to affect the seating of the bead, and went on to recommend a business that specializes in wheel repair. I also noticed that DJ double checked my wheel lock set and then he put it in my trunk. Great team and great service at PTW! read more

I will say that lately they are getting way over priced on used tires. And they will charge you $25 for a plug in your tire there is a place in Long Beach does it for $10 or so. They just seem to not be as affordable as other places for used tires anymore. I mean I can go to Walmart and get a brand new tire for the price they are charging now. read more

These guys did a fantastic job high speed balancing my 4 tires on my Audi A4. The PIRELLI'S had a bad hop above 70 mph but PTW fixed them using their load inducing / tire balancing system. Def recommend these guys and the service. I've found my new favorite service center. read more

The staff at PTW is super nice. I have a jeep that keeps saying I have low tire pressure and when I called the jeep dealership they were going to charge me 95 bucks just to look at it. PTW checked it all out for free and we're super friendly. Highly recommend their honest service. read more
