The price difference between the two locations is significant. The guy ringing me up said it was because pass rd is a franchise while Gulfport is a corporate store. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed new, unexplained damage to the body that absolutely was not there before. When I brought this up, I received no clear explanation or accountability...just vague responses and a lack of concern. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and end up with more problems than you started with. Between the unresolved repair and the additional damage, I cannot recommend this place. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want reliable service and peace of mind.

I called Joe to explain the situation, he told me they would just refill it, it will be fine, but its not fine. When you try to talk to Joe about it, he gets condescending, and just wants to get you off the phone. I never got a call from a manager or anyone at Meineke after the truck went back. So I picked my truck up today and it has greasy hand prints all over the fenders, transmission fluid all over my front bumper, and dried baked on transmission fluid on my windshield, so I guess its up to me to clean up their mess. Now I have to let the Chevy dealer check out my try truck to make sure they didn't mess anything else up. I recently started using Meineke, but I don't want my family riding in anything that that shop has worked on!

They kept my car for five days without calling me and that Tuesday i had my wife to take me up to the shop to see what was going on and what did i see them doing work on other car's and my been sitting there for days. So i ask what was going on with my car the desk manager said he believes it the distributor cap, come on now five days just to find out a cap so he go on to tell me that the part don't come in to the next day so i had my wife to bring the part back to them so she ran out of gas before she could pull off their property she ran out of gas now keep in mind that she have spent a lot of money with this shop and they would not even help her when the gas ran out cause i had her to bring that part to the shop. So the desk manager told me that the part was $160 and we bought the part from auto zone for less okay they said my car still wasn't cranking so the next day they call and said some wires was miss up and they rewired my ignition switch also that some wires under the distributor was miss up, the desk manager call me a two hours later and say my car ready i go to pick it up it cranks up wait the desk manager tell me that for his machanic time and putting on the cap and rigging my ignition switch was $ 200 keep in mind my wife paid for the part. Know my car cranked up but it was shaking so bad trying to make it to my house around the block, got yard cut the car off and it wouldn't crank back up call them back desk manager answer i let him hear that the car wouldn't crank and he says sorry Earl. I ask what did the machanic do to my car so i can try to crank it again he says let me call you back and never answer phone for me again my wife went down there to ask them what was going on with the car and they was just standing around talking still haven't call me so they basically they just took my money and my car is still broke. These people know i am a man of GOD and done this to me i am not rich i work hard for my money and didn't deserve this i don't want this to happen to anyone else i had to get my car towed again another $ 65 to another shop and i pray that they don't do me like Andres repair shop people be very very careful have a bless year in JESUS MIGHTY NAME.
