Since the tree was on my side of the fence I asked the 'climber' to try to get all of its parts to fall my way and not bother my neighbor with a cleanup. The owner, Joe, came by to discuss my goals ahd he suggested a plan, along with an accurate cost estimate. The result included plants with varied colors, heights and bloom seasons.
