I was impressed -- she's very personable and really listens to what her clients want. Her space was spotless and relaxing, with calm music playing in the background. However, my sister was informed that there were no massages available on Saturday, despite the spa being open. This was because they didn't have any masseuses working on weekends. It's perplexing how a spa can operate without staff available on Saturdays, especially since my sister works Monday through Friday. The whole point of the gift was for her to book an appointment on a Saturday, and their advertised hours indicate they are open on both Saturdays and Sundays. I believe the spa should have included this crucial information in the fine print of the Groupon. Had I known she would need to take a day off to use it, I never would have purchased it. My sister just started her job and doesn't have vacation days available, making it extremely inconvenient to book an appointment. I wanted to return the Groupon and exchange it for another one, but unfortunately, I missed the refund/exchange window. I am very disappointed with this purchase because the reviews on Groupon, Yelp, and Google were excellent, which misled me regarding the spa's availability.
