I followed the support link from the confirmation email, which redirected me to DoorDash, but the page specifically instructed customers to contact the restaurant directly for help. I called and sat on hold for 17 minutes before finally hanging up because it seemed like I had been completely forgotten. When I called back, the person who answered -- who claimed to be the manager -- was incredibly rude and refused to provide her name when asked. She immediately dismissed the issue and said there was nothing they could do because the order was "through DoorDash." That is simply not true. I ordered directly from the restaurant's own website. If they choose to outsource deliveries through DoorDash, that should not become the customer's problem. So in the end, I paid for food I never received, was treated terribly by management, and was offered absolutely no refund or resolution. Completely unacceptable customer service. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their customers, and we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.
