I had to ask for a server because we sat down and no one was approaching our table. It looked like there were two waitress for the entire restaurant. It then took our food a while to be served. We an appetizer sampler. The appetizer was cold, overcooked and the mozzarella sticks were hard and hollow. I showed them to the waitress and she immediately put in another order. The second serving was fine. It also took a while for our server to bring us our bill. The food had me in the men's room before we ever left the restaurant and I had gas for the next several hours. Before we ate, I downloaded the Buffalo Wild wings app for rewards. After our overall experience, I deleted the app and I have decided I will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future. I'll start by saying that I appreciate the staff realizing they screwed up and then comping my entire bill. I was the sole patron at the bar on Saturday night at 5:45pm. After fixing my drink and taking my order, the bartender disappeared. After 10 minutes, a waiter came by, did something behind the bar, and left a dirty wet rag right in front of me, and then he disappeared. After another ten minutes, a waitress came out and dropped off my food...mushroom Swiss burger and fries. She hustled away and did not ask me if I wanted ketchup, a glass of water, or another drink. I would have said yes to each! I also thought she would pickup the wet rag, but no. The fries were almost exactly like McDonalds fries, but not as hot as I have had at McD's. The burger was tasty, flavorful. Five minutes later, I called out to a waitress passing by: could someone take the rag away and get me another drink? She took the rag and said she would have someone else get me a drink. Never happened! I finished my food and it was at least a half hour and the bartender came back behind the bar. She ignored me, even though I was still the only one at the bar. I had to wave to get her attention, and then I told her how disappointed I was. She apologized, said there was an issue back in the kitchen, and said she would ask the manager to comp my meal and drink. Okay, so the manager came over and punched it into the register, but said nothing to me about the situation. I understand that problems come up, but to leave a customer as they did is just bad. the bartender was great. it was ms girls first day without training and she did her best. the food however was not good and definitely microwaved. we got two draft beers - one of which was the wrong beer and the other had a floating mass of something gross in the glass. when we asked for a new one, the bartender (not the good one) topped off the beer in the dirty glass and gave it back to us. we had to argue with this bartender about getting a new one before we decided to just get something in a can. we went to town fair tire across the street to get my tire fixed prior to this (go see my Google review for Terry ) and told Terry at the front desk not to go to Buffalo Wild Wings because of this experience. hopefully he will take our advice. read more

Great service at this location! We ordered a couple food items and a drink while watching a football game. Everything came out promptly and tasted great. My 3 year old even said "this place is good." Only issue was the small fly swimming in my ice water, but I got another one sans fly upon asking for more water. read more
