I just purchased a new computer to run my CNC plasm cutting machine. I was a little worried about purchasing it since its not a "big name" in computers, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and knowledge of their employees. They would get 5 star if not for a small problem. After I got it home and set it up, I discovered it had a different operating system then what was on the label. So the next day and a 30 mile drive, I returned and actually had a better operating system and they did not charge me for it because it was their mistake. They even resolved a software issue from a program I had installed at no charge. I don't think you would get that kind of service from the "big name". They will get my business again. read more

My husband took our laptop to Micro Excell to check for viruses. He was told all files on the computer would be backed up and would not be lost. That didn't happen. When we asked what happened, the reply was "I don't know." That was it. We even lost our Office 07 and had to reinstall. We were sick. The person who waited on us was sarcastic and seemed to have cared less. We ended up having to take the computer to another company because there were some annoying quirks that had appeared on the computer. I would never recommend this company to anyone - not ever my worst enemy. read more
