She was very sweet and thorough in her explanation of the different types of lash extensions during the consultation. I mentioned that it was my first time and gave her some of my concerns. She took all that into consideration and made a few recommendations. In the end I went with wispy lashes and boy, did I love how it turned out! As soon as you walk in, you can tell how clean the place is. The entire process was very comfortable, so much that I almost fell asleep! There are heated blankets to ensure you won't be cold. She was very gentle during the entire process and made my first time a great experience. After all the lashes were on, she gave me a mirror to see how I thought and if there's anything I wanted fixed. It looked great and I was in awe at the difference lashes can make. She gave me some caretaking tips like avoiding water for the first 24 hours and to try to avoid excessive heat to prevent the curls from unraveling. She also gave me spoolie brushes to brush them out and keep them in top notch shape. Best of all, it's been weeks and it still looks amazing. I've had friends whose lashes fall off shortly after and it starts look sparse. I didn't have that experience at all.
