My experience here was disappointing. While the staff was friendly, the full volume set I received lacked volume and retention. By the second day, my left eye had lost tons lashes with only gentle brushing. I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar retention issues, which suggests a product or application problem. I cannot recommend this service. Picture of first day and second. read more

I found GP via Yelp last minute a few weeks ago after deciding I wanted my brows waxed and start getting lashes done. Response time was very quick and I was able to get an appointment the same day! I was impressed with the first set of lashes of got done and decided to get the Lash Reward Membership. The small boutique like space so inviting and clean, anyone will feel comfortable coming in. Terrible experience at this salon. From the small cluttered rooms to the rude girls walking around it. A salon should be a safe spot for women as that's who you're assisting. The girls in here are not welcoming they will give you rude stares and will not respect your privacy as you should with any human you encounter especially if you're in to be relaxed and enjoy yourself for what you're there and willing to pay for. Not sure if it was a worker or a customer but there was conversations going on about drugs and guns being yelled throughout the room. and the work is not that great look through their page you'll see 1 set out of every 30 came out decent. save your time and money and go elsewhere where atleast you'll feel welcomed. I've gotten my lashes done at LivBay and I think the lash studio? (Could be wrong on the name lol) but my lashes never stayed. I even had a lash artist mad at me that my lashes couldn't last more than 2 days but then my friend told me about Glam Parlor and I was skeptical but so happy I took the risk. I was booked with Kasey and she did absolutely phenomenal. She heard my worries and made my lashes look amazing with it lasting longer I only book with her now and I absolutely adore her. Her personality is also extremely bubbly and she is so honest in the most nice way. Complete disregard for my complaint. I came last week to get a brow tint and wax I left without really looking and got into my car and saw I had two completely dif brows. Walked back in and My tech tried to say it was because the tint on one side dyed my skin more so she added more tint so now I ended up with black brows(I am blonde and asked for blonde/light brown) it wasn't my skin she took the whole top of my brow off . Maybe it was because she took a personal call about her water softener while not paying attention to her client. I wasn't going to write a bad review here but after I was contacted by email how my visit went and I explained, no one even offered me an apology. So I wasted 50$ and ended up with dark eyebrows and half of one gone. The worst part is I wax my own and henna dye my own but wanted to pamper myself. read more

My technician was great - all my lash artists are great over here. Just beware... Two notes: 1. Don't pre purchase a package 2. The management doesn't value their return customer base The management is terrible - they don't value return customers. After purchasing one of the packages, I had to wait around 10 minutes, after every appointment, to have the billing figured out ... only to sometimes be billed twice. I'm still not sure if I got my money correctly refunded or if I used all of my package because I could never get a straight answer. As a result, I left the studio for a few months to work with a lash artist that previously worked at Glam Parlor. I returned, today, hoping they figured out their billing issues and they STILL wanted to charge me $15 for a 'foreign fill' - so the business owner essentially took the tip for the lash artist that I was going to pay for their studio's profit. Not a great way to buy back a customer. read more

I had a glamours time at Glam Parlor. Took a girls trip for an exciting weekend bachelorette party. One of the memorable moments we spent was treating ourself to a facial. It was all of our first time here and we all had loads of fun. The glamor spa is decorated with a classy affair. The rooms are clean and neat. The first impression was the front desk and lounge. Perfect waiting room filled a smiling receptionist and cool items to purchase. Since this was a party we were hosted with some cotton candy, cookies and drinks. Defiantly a fun place for a ladies day out. My facial experience was a pleasant one. The room was cozy and clean. My esthetician showed compassion and asked me about my skin.
