I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. Her shop was in downtown when I first went to Bombshell and it was geographically much more convenient for me.
