I didn't even know ice packs existed until my 3rd treatment. Then on my LAST treatment the girl walked in and said I was applying the ice packs wrong and I can give my self really bad dark spots. The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. If you aren't going to do anything to make it better...why even follow up?? I'm currently researching other places for laser removal. Unfortunately, I've learned my lesson. Research. Research. I initially came in for a Korean Glass Skin Lymphatic Facial, and Julia was amazing. She took the time to discuss my skin concerns and actually recommended the Diamond Facial instead because she felt it would better address my goals, and it was less expensive than the treatment I originally booked. That level of honesty immediately earned my trust. In the weeks after my facial, I received countless compliments (even from strangers!) about how great my skin looked. I rarely wear makeup anymore because my skin has improved so much. For my second appointment, I saw Dr. Grace Zamorano for PRF under my eyes and masseter Botox for my TMJ. Dr. Grace is an exceptional clinician who thoroughly explains every treatment and makes sure you understand your options. As a healthcare provider myself, I really appreciated her knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail. Before deciding on PRF, she took the time to discuss my other under-eye treatment options. I shared that I had lost a significant amount of weight, which led to noticeable volume loss in my face. Instead of simply recommending a procedure, she asked about my future weight loss goals and thoughtfully considered how additional changes to my facial volume might affect my results. I really appreciated that she was looking beyond the immediate treatment and helping me choose an option that would continue to align with my long-term goals. Her Botox technique was excellent, and I noticed relief in my TMJ almost immediately. It was a much better experience than the masseter Botox I've received elsewhere. The PRF under-eye treatment was the real standout. Dr. Grace walked me through every step of the procedure and aftercare, and throughout the treatment she continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She created such a positive, open, and collaborative environment that I felt completely at ease. Since the only injectable I had previously received was masseter Botox, that level of reassurance meant a lot to me. My under-eye results have been incredible. It honestly looks like I'm wearing concealer, even when I'm not!
