He's a very hard worker and really cares about fixing any technical problems. Communicated great with me and kept me updated about any changes with my laptop. don't waste your time with this so-called computer repair shop. the experience was zero stars…read more my computer desktop froze, and then would not reboot. i called this shop and spoke to the owner, steve levy, and informed him of the above. he said that a repair would cost at least $250, and recommended that i buy a new computer since the desktop was 5 years old. i subsequently took the desktop to best buy "geek squad" and they rebooted the computer within a few minutes at no charge. do not deal with pinpoint !
