Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. These were complete remodels- floor, walls, vanity, sink, minor plumbing( toilet and faucets). Words cannot describe how pleasant it is to work with Mike and Christy. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! They took my vision of what I had pinned in 100s of Pinterest Ideas and made it a reality. I couldn't have done this kitchen remodel without Ray's help. He really was able to help coach me through things I would and wouldn't wish I had.. he went as far as making sure I had an easily accessible step stool built in so I could reach the tallest shelves... he redesigned the garbage can so it had greater capacity than I initially indicated and boy do I appreciate that now... he suggested added lighting that really is a dream.. he suggested drawers over cabinets in an area for the pots that I LOVE... outlet placement, color ideas, etc... He also agreed to address non-flooring work such as the kitchen toe-kick. Another contractor did as well, but with much higher quote. Robert's estimate was in the midrange compared to all others. The installer was steady, clean, and courteous. He single-handedly and expertly transformed my kitchen and laundry room floor. Robert's timely and effective communication persisted throughout the whole experience end to end. I'm satisfied with the whole process.

They kept having to come back to redo it and only because I kept complaining. . They said it would take 2 days to complete, and on the second day I wasn't thrilled with how the floors looked..The flooring guy did not fill holes and the finish is already starting to peel off. It was also annoying that I kept having to point out spots missed from painting. The company they use for a deep clean came late and barely did anything.There was a lot of creaking beforehand, and after they were done with the job, there was barely any left It turned into a huge fight, and we had to kick them out. We had a move-in date scheduled with our moving company and almost had to cancel it because the apt was not move-in ready Luckily we found a really good cleaning company and they were able to come last minute. 3 stars because they did do some things right, although you really have to be on top of them and check their work.

Their experienced team quickly repaired and sanded the floors so that I couldn't see where the damage had been. Then they finished the floors with 3 coats of oil base, high traffic, fast dry satin finish. The floors look like new and the rooms were left clean. I am very pleased with their work in every way.

While the job was completed at a reasonable price, it was more trouble than it should have been. I'd choose another company if I had to do it over again. Despite paying Dan to handle all aspects of the install, his contractors relied on my condo building engineer to complete some of the work, and even left early before the job was finished. When Dan sent a final payment request without following up on the end results, I messaged him to let him know there were some areas that required touching up. As a paying customer, I didn't think it was unreasonable to let him know that some areas were not completed to my satisfaction, but he didn't respond well to this communication and got very defensive. Another resident in my building reported a similar experience with Dan. Eventually, one of his contractors came back out and begrudgingly completed the requested touch-ups. A little less than a year after the install, I had some issues with an area of the install. I reached out to Dan for recommendations, but he never responded.

I was also selling a condo which had very worn floors that needed refinishing. Dan Corvo came, evaluated & made recommendations that were all amazing. For the bungalow, he suggested I go for a darker color to match the wood. He asked something like, " do you want to refinish or restore?" I was a little tentative but decided to listen to the expert. I am so glad I did!! They are stunning!! As for the condo, he suggested I don't use a stain. Just refinish & protect. They are beautiful, light & clean looking. Of course, they could have made more money if they had also stained the floors, but suggesting otherwise proves they care about customers more than the almighty dollar. Last but not least, all the workers on both jobs were nice, respectful and cleaned up after the project. The price for both was very fair. I am so glad I used Great floors & listened to Dan.
