Contacted corporate who also asked for pictures. I have yet to hear back from anyone yet again. Poor customer service, poor craftsmanship. I do not recommend ordering anything Leonard. I do however recommend considering tough shed sold by Home Depot who offers excellent customer service and an excellent well made product.

Went there this morning to get a 6 x 10 light duty trailer. The folks there could not have been…read morenicer or more professional. Once I got it home, an hour drive, I did my usual inspections of the trailer. Tires were a bit overinflated. No biggie. Set them back the factory recommended 50#. All lights worked perfectly. I pulled the wheels and hub covers to check the hubs, bearings and grease. All was perfect. Considering that this is one of their value leader trailers, it looked as though they had assembled the hubs as though their own lives depended on it. I could have pulled this across the USA and it would have been fine. Never found a new trailer IME set up this well. I have 8 tie down hooks to weld around the frame tomorrow and I will call it ready for everything! Best new trailer day I have ever had. I even stopped at a DMV in Suffolk on my way home and got it transferred and plated in 15 minutes. A new world record for DMV service there!

After breaking promise after promise, avoiding phone calls and visits from us, we got our food trailer back 8 months later. We had to finish it ourselves, and also had to redo the wiring, plumbing and gas lines. It was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. I signed a waiver to not post anything bad on social media, ( lost somewhere in the "booklet" of forms we signed), but here I am posting the facts. We did not get our trailer back until we threatened legal action. I think Joe uses the money from the down payments from new customers to fund the repairs and upgrades to trailers that are already way behind in his work inventory. A great scheme as long as no one wants their trailer fixed! Buyer beware- you WILL NOT be happy with a decision to use this company, no matter how persuasive the promises.

the first problem was when they showed my photos of the underneath of my Hawk trailer. I found out…read morethat the photos were of a Sundowner. 2)they replaced an axle but never reattached thr wires to the trailer. I only found out when I had a problem with the working Brakes locking up. and working axle brakes were twice as worn as the axle they replaced. They wouldn't own up to the problem. Alison was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to answer all our questions. The prices were a lot better than other places. She made the purchase process go quickly, while the service dept did an inspection of our new purchase. We were here for 1hr 30!min max, from getting out of our vehicle until we pulled off their lot.
