Friendly and fast service. I was able to get an earlier appointment than I expected. Staff was friendly and I was in and out in no time.

Because I had recently brought my car ("Evie") to Caliber Collision on Eubanks Road and had impressive results, I requested them again. When I brought Evie in, I met Kai Eason. He immediately earned my trust with his friendly and professional demeanor. After briefly talking about our shared experiences living in Germany, I learned that Kai has an extensive background in Hyundai/Genesis vehicles. Kai kept me updated throughout the process, and Evie was returned to me in pristine condition! Once again, I am truly impressed with the service at this Caliber Collision shop. Kai made this ordeal stress-free, and I have already spoken to him about bringing Evie back in for some cosmetic repairs to Evie's rims. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I can not stress enough how much you should AVOID this shop. Read the negative reviews & don't make…read morethe same mistake I did. My car was backed into by a young driver, their insurance was covering it. This shop was the closest to me that the insurance company approved. The car needed the rear door, rear panel, bumper & left taillight assembly replaced. I took it there to drop off on a Monday. I talked with the estimator about what happened while he took pictures of the damage & turned the car on to get a picture of the dash for the mileage. Everything seemed normal. After a couple weeks I get a text from my Subaru dealership that a check engine light has come on & do I want to schedule service to get it looked at. I assume it's no big deal, they probably tripped something minor that triggered it & they'll take care of it. A few days later they call and say the car is ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up & notice that they replaced the door & put the obviously damaged trim from the original door onto the new door. I noticed later they didn't even bother to put the protective trim on the new bumper. They said they would replace the old door trim later. Then I went to start the car & to my surprise, all of the warning lights were still on the car! This is when it got crazy. I went back inside & asked why the car had all of these check engine type warning lights. They tried to tell me those lights were there when you dropped the car off. No, they weren't. I asked the estimator who I was standing beside when he took pics of the dash & he said he couldn't remember. As if he would take pictures of the dash with the car's owner watching & there would be all of these warning lights & he wouldn't say "hey your car has multiple warning lights" before taking possession of the car? The person who seemed to be the acting manager at the time came out & started waving around some piece of paper saying this was a "report" they took that proves the warning lights had been on the car for over 30 days. And literally said I was a liar & I have been driving around the car for a long time with these lights on. They tried to get me to sign a paper saying I would pay for repairs if they were deemed to be unrelated to the accident. Of course I wouldn't sign that. Whatever caused it obviously happened while they had the car. Not from the accident. What they didn't know: 1: My car was still under the original warranty from when I bought it new from Hyman Bros. Why would I drive around w/warning lights that the dealer would fix for free? Nobody has ever done work on my car except the dealership for that very reason. 2: The Subaru Starlink app logs every time a check engine light comes on, the exact day & time down to the minute. Those warnings occurred in the afternoon before I got the text from the dealer about them while I was waiting for the car to be ready. 3: Not only does the app log the date/time they occur, it also auto-generates an email to the service department at your dealership. The lady who receives those emails was happy to send me a copy of exactly when she received that email which was a few minutes after the codes appeared while they were finishing up the car. I came back to talk to the actual owner the following Monday. By then they had mysteriously found the new piece of door trim, but the warning lights were still on. He said the warning lights were battery related & that they always unhook the battery before working on any car and do not hook them back up until the car is finished. We agreed that I would take the car to the dealer & let them find out what the problem was. As soon as the intake guy at the service bay from Hyman Bros opened the hood he saw the problem. There was a screw screwed in between the battery terminal & the clamp! The dealership mechanics looked at the car & determined that the clamp that goes to one of the battery terminals had been broken & instead of repairing or replacing it like you would think, they decided to screw a screw in between the clamp & the battery terminal to hold it in place! That kind of jerry-rigging may have worked on cars 30 years ago, but clearly not on today's cars that have computers monitoring everything. When they did that, all the warning lights came on & would not go off. I can't say why they didn't just replace the clamp, or at the very least say "hey this clamp broke". That's how you would think any reputable business would handle such a mistake. No, they decided to pretend the codes were already there & go so far as to fake a "report" claiming codes had been there for over a month. And literally call me a liar to my face. They knew what they did, they just didn't know I could prove it. That's next level dishonesty. The receptionists seemed nice & competent. I feel bad they have they have to work w/the rest of the people I encountered there.

They charged excessive fees for things like storage and teardown, even though nothing meaningful was done to fix my car. None of these costs were clearly explained upfront, and the total kept increasing without proper communication. I was never given a fair or transparent breakdown before the charges piled up. On top of that, they tried to claim there were additional damages to my vehicle that were never there from the accident, which raised serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessment. They also never contacted me directly about these charges. Instead, they told my insurance company that anything not covered would be billed to me personally, without giving me any notice or chance to approve the costs beforehand. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of simply because my car was already in their possession. Being forced to pay a huge amount with no real work done is completely unacceptable. Do not bring your car here unless you want to risk paying thousands for little to nothing. Get everything in writing and be extremely cautious.

Then after paperwork was completed they called after I sent a message to the sales lady I won't mention by name telling her that I changed my mind ! Not 5 minutes later the finance manger calls me and tells me to come pick up the car. I took my time to think about it ! Next day we have a snow storm, closing all areas for 2 days. I just bought a car from these people drove it off the light and from day one the head lights didn't work and had an extensive oil leak. Called and asked about bringing it they said the salesman wasn't there and would be out to call back in a couple weeks needless to say this was the next day. I called back a couple days later as this is when we noticed the oil leak because the light came on. Added oil thinking maybe it was just low couldn't drive it 10 miles with out it coming back on. Called back and they said no one would be available to look at car until the 1st of December and that we had to pay to get it towed to there shop. I didn't have the money to tow it to them and had a long standing friend that owns his own shop and is very reputable he offered to tow it to his shop for free to look at it. We decided to do so to find the head light had a broke wire and the car had an extreme oil leak from the valve over gasket and rear seal. This car had a brand new inspection so to me this seems shady. I've reached out to them and instead of agreeing to pay half like the warranty states they will even though I feel they are responsible for the entire repair being it wasn't drivable when we bought it off the lot they are only willing to give 300 towards a major repair wanting us to bring it to them on our own dime. At this point I don't trust them. This is SHADY dealership I wouldn't buy another vehicle or recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because me and my nephew were really excited while speaking to them they put on one good show upfront. And the lady that answered the phone is very rude and should find a different job. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!
