Excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to stop in for an estimate at my convenience. Sanjay took time to explain how they would work with my insurance company. As I did not want to be without my car any longer than necessary, I was happy when they were willing to order and receive the parts for my car repair BEFORE I left my car at their shop. They completed the repair--which included replacing both passenger doors-- in one week! I picked the car up today and found it clean and good as new. I just picked up my like-new SUV after it had been in the care of S&S for almost two months. S&S worked for weeks to find the right parts to repair my car which required extensive body work. They did a great job communicating where they were in the process with me. When I picked up my 10 year old SUV, it had been cleaned and detailed and feels like a new ride. S&S just replied to my earlier review disputing they did anything wrong. Leete Tire (totally reliable and ethical) redirected the drainage tube that was misplaced by S&S. Gallons of water collected and mold remediation was expensive. Simply redirecting the misplaced tube cured the water intrusion. Windows open during rain is fiction, and their continued denial of responsibility is self serving and disrespectful to customers who paid handsomely for careless, negligent work. I have been in and around customer service as a regional VP for a large company and have a high standard for what is good customer service. These folks have gone above and beyond my high expectations for customer service. The vehicle looks fabulous and my wife said "if I had known it would look this good I would have wrecked it sooner". S & S did the little things that make an experience all the better. My wife never checks the air in the tires and I went early to take care of that before she saw the car and it was already done. I think the whole team there is on the same page of exceeding expectations. We even got a call first thing the next morning to see about a small item. Follow up and Follow through. I could not be happier with my experience at S&S! I was a drop-in on a Thursday afternoon. Dave came out and reviewed my car for 20 minutes. He gave me a thorough estimate that I helped construct, allowing me to determine the level of repair I wanted (e.g. "if you want this to match this, I'll add the estimate to paint this part - do you?" and "I recommend this part from the manufacturer, but I can save you $200 if you get a perfectly good after-market version of this part...") It was SO easy! Then I got a call from S&S two days later. Uh oh ... here it is! I was expecting "Well, when we got in there XYZ was also broken and now it will cost another $500." WRONG. Dave was so apologetic! Unfortunately he couldn't see the severed radiator hose until he pulled out the radiator and condenser... He was terribly, terribly sorry but would it be OK to add another $12 to the estimate for a new radiator hose. Since he missed it the first time, the labor would be free. Um, yes, that would be FINE. Thank you for calling. :) True to their word, the car was completed on time and the bill was exactly twelve dollars more than the $1,274 estimate. They also banged out a few dents while they were in there ... as a courtesy! No charge! Are you kidding me? THAT'S my kind of business! I will be recommending S&S to everyone I meet from now on. They earned my loyalty. I can only guess that the folks with positive experiences at Baugh had work paid for by an insurance company. Otherwise, I can't imagine why anyone would take their car there. Contrast the experience above to my experience earlier that day at Baugh Auto Body. I arrived. I registered at the desk. Eventually a representative with a clipboard walked out to my car with me. I asked for an estimate to repair the front end and to replace the damaged radiator and condenser. She said - without lifting the hood - to perform the estimate they is too much labor because they cannot possibly see all the damage. Therefore, she said I would have to sign a document that commits me to paying for the repair. This did not make any sense to me. I thought we must be having a communication breakdown. I totally understand there is a possibility of unseen damage, but this is the Auto Body business! They must confront this issue every single time, right? I offered to sign a "not to exceed $ZZZ" form or something else that limits my financial commitment for the estimate. She said it was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. None was available, so another rep came out to speak to me. We went through it again for another 15 minutes, and the answer was the same. I said "Are there really people in this world who would sign a document that is essentially a blank check to have their car repaired?" She said "I guess so." Unbelievable. Then I took the car to S&S. So glad I did. read more

Wonderful experience! After putting a nice size dent in the rear quarter panel of my truck, S&S was the first place I went for an estimate. Upon arrival, they came out to meet me and I didn't have to get out wile the estimator did his work. I didn't know if I'd be going through insurance, so it was estd as if I was. None the less, he came back with a reasonable #. Upon deciding to go with S&S, I called to schedule. They were wonderful in working around my sched to minimize time that I would be w/out my truck. I dropped my truck off on a sun. evening, utilizing the key drop, and expected to get it back Fri. Low and behold I got a call tues. saying it was done. I was skeptical that it was too fast and may not be very high quality. Upon picking it up, I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. It was as good as new. I was happy to pay the est amount. I went to pay, and they didn't need to do some of the est work so it was $300 cheaper! I imagine most places would have never considered charging less than the estimate. All in all I highly recommend S&S. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, they are the first and only place I'll be needing an estimate from. read more

Amazingly easy to work with. We took our truck to S&S for an insurance claim repair. In on Monday, done on Friday. The repairs & paint were seamless, & replacement parts were perfect. My only complaint is that one of the new rear light assemblies seems to be missing it's bulb. I can fix that. Overall, I would recommend S&S without hesitation. read more

I took my car here because I wanted to support a local business and because it's near my home. This was a very bad decision. I coordinated with them to do the work on my car here while I went on vacation, telling them when I would be back the following week. I returned to find my car had STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED, so I still had to get a rental car after leaving my car with them for +/-10 days. Then after eventually getting the work done, there was a glob a paint under the topcoat that needed to be ground off and repainted. So, I finally got my car back, complete with a light key scratch from bumper to bumper up one side and down the other. I guess the guy in the shop didn't like having to re-do the paint work? DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE A VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS COMPANY. read more

Felt deceived. My car had a scratch on the bumper, and I went to this shop to get a quote. They asked for $530 for a paint job, However, I found out later that they did not repaint the bumper, but simply put a thin colored layer on top of the bumper. After a few weeks, I was at a 4s shop and chatted with the owner, he told me that to replace the entire bumper would only cost me around $300, yet S&S charged me $530. Great customer service! The waiting room is spotless, and run by a friendly, helpful non-mechanic. No greasy, dirty waiting room staffed by anti-social people who would rather have their head in a car than speak to you. My work was a repair covered by the other driver's insurance. I never saw a bill, and did no work with the insurance company. It was all handled perfectly by S&S. My minor repair work was perfect, and the new paint blends perfectly with the old. My husband accidentally opened the passenger car door of our Nissan Murano directly into a wooden planter, causing the entire molding strip to pop off. Luckily, the strip didn't ding or dent and only one of the spring clips went missing. We took the molding strip to S and S Autobody to ask if they could repair it. The gentleman who helped us immediately replaced the missing spring clip and replaced the piece. When we asked how much we owed him, he said "nothing and that he was he was happy to help us".
