On this website, I saw the Proscriptix Brightening pads that I have previously brought (on more than one occasion) from the dermatologist's office. So, I purchased one for MORE THAN $100!! I thought it had come from my dermatologist's office. The product arrived without liquid (dry). Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until much later because I was still using a container of the same product previously purchased at the dermatologist's office. The first time I purchased this product, I personally witnessed the esthetician (at the dermatologist's office) simply pour some solution into a container of brightening pads to activate them. Fast forward to today. I brought my online $100+ purchase of Proscriptix Brightening Pads WITHOUT whatever magic solution that activates them into the office to ask that the solution be added. However, the young male desk clerk insisted that I needed to go to the website and complete a return application. He instructed me where to go on the website to make this happen. I reluctantly did so in front of him. The website DID NOT function properly. It would NOT allow me to submit the application. The website's "chat" was equally ineffective. The clerk was unwavering in his insistence that the office could not refund products not purchased from their office. He ignored me each time I informed him that I didn't want a refund--simply the solution that activates the product. I've watched the esthetician do this myself. The entire process took her about 30 seconds. Needless to say, I was MORE THAN UNHAPPY!! The simple solution would have been to add the solution to the dry product I erroneously received then notify me about whatever their (illogical) policy is going forward. Prior to this extremely disappointing interaction, I had assumed that the online purchase originated from their establishment. After all, the office is the place with MY contact information. I didn't indicate a desire for them to contact me or sell my information to their parent company. I didn't reach out to them. THEY CONTACTED ME! I am chagrinned by the insouciance of the staff at the Advanced Dermatology office on Enterprise Road in Orange City, FL. Their inability or unwillingness (or both) to assist me makes me question the integrity of their establishment. Where is the customer service? Apparently, this is a franchise. I owned a franchise before, and I KNOW this is NOT the way you're supposed to operate. I'm now relegated to hoping that the Advanced Dermatology "website" received my application and cares whether I actually get the product I paid for or a refund of my money. Furthermore they kicked me out saying I was rude. She seriously misdiagnosed me, and ignored the biopsy that just said I had inflammation. Not the skin condition she swore I had. During that time, I've consistently visited the Orange City location and have been under the care of Courtney, who I had always believed to be attentive and professional. However, out of the blue, I received a letter--yes, a letter, not a phone call, not an email, no personal outreach whatsoever--informing me that I was being dropped from care. No explanation, no opportunity for discussion, just a cold, impersonal message after years of being a patient and relying on a biologic medication to manage my psoriasis. This is not only unprofessional, it's unacceptable. For a practice that claims to care about patient well-being, the lack of direct communication and empathy is shocking. I've always trusted Parks Dermatology with my health, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. Patients deserve better--especially those dealing with chronic conditions that require ongoing, consistent care. I hope this message serves as a wake-up call to your administration to reconsider how you treat long-standing patients. A letter was received September 15th 2025 to my mail box and the letter was dated September 1st, 2025, stating that they would assist with 30 days of emergency services. Called and NO ONE CAN ASSIST! NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A REASON! But we can have someone call you back next week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

When I initially called to make the appointment, the woman had me hold on while she verified my insurance . So this just tells me that someone's not doing their job at this facility. Not only did they refuse my insurance, but the office staff was snarky and did not seem to care about their negligence as she did not even apologize. In a way it's a godsend because the place was filthy.

I went in for surgery and they gave me the price. So I paid them. I went ahead and had the surgery. When speaking with the dr I told him I didn't want to send specimens to the lab as I couldn't afford anymore money. He told me not to worry as it was included and was considered standard minimum care. I went for follow up and stitches removed. A few weeks later I received a bill for 178.00 from the lab. After several calls over a week. Come to find out the "included" lab work looked concerning so it was sent for a second opinion that's the reason for the charge. I asked for the report because no one ever said anything to me about that. Can't have the report unless I go for another doctor visit for 35.00!!!! That doesn't make any sense that I was charged when I said I didn't want it done..... and I can't have a report that I have to pay for. And can't have the results of the report. Their office just said, oh well that's our policy. Craziness.

Keep getting transferred to different people that either can't or won't schedule the appointment. They don't speak English well enough to understand anything. Earliest appoint at 2 different locations is 3 months out. I get 3-4 phone calls per day and when I answer it goes to a recording that never ends or gets you to a live person. Also getting 2 texts every day and they all have different numbers to call. Don't waste your time here.
