The people answering the phones don't know what they're doing. I'm so dissapointed. I shouldn't have to call for a week to try to get my meds. Their corporate office is the same number you call to make appointments as well, which is odd. I'll be searching for a new medical doctor in the New Year. Good luck at this place.
