I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

My brand new SUV. instead of taking my concerns seriously he basically told me it wasn't from his windshield replacement. Didn't even offer to do a water test. Only offered that once I told him I was notifying my insurance of the issues I was having and that I had a insurance adjuster coming out. Fast forward, my dealership informed me of the entire right side of the windshield not being sealed properly. Had to get all the carpet replaced and electrical checked. Money out of my pocket! Fast forward again, I just had my cabin filter replaced, and guess what was full of mold? You guessed it!! This cabin filter is exactly where the water was gushing into my car from his horrible windshield replacement. Maybe next time listen to the concerns of your customers Steve. I can't help but feel I was disregarded because I am a female. This could have been an easy fix from you. A simple water test would have shown it was not sealed properly. Called our insurance agent with whom we discussed getting the OEM windshield for the Hyundai Santa Fe as they are recommended, especially as our model has ADAS (cameras) and Heads-Up Display (HUD). Our insurance agent said it was ok to get the OEM windshield to ensure proper fitment, sensor calibration, and HUD clarity. OEM glass costs roughly 20-40% more than aftermarket but prevents potential issues with wind noise, sensor, and display distortion. Essential needs include proper calibration with the windshield replacement. We called Lloyds and from that point on, they took care of everything from insurance, getting the OEM windshield to making an appointment for the windshield installation at our residence. Called to let us know he was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. The Installation took less than an hour. No problem when asked it it was ok to take the car around the block to check the heads up display was working as were the cameras. Very satisfied with their staff and their timely service. If we ever have another need to replace a windshield, they will be the first we will call.

Pineapple was recommended and I dropped my car off. Stephen called me the next morning and we discussed the rear decals.
