Scheduled a mobile appointment 3 days in advance. They give you a 5-hour window - totally fine. I plan my day accordingly. The 5 hour window comes and goes. No call, no text, no nothing.. I then contact the main customer service center and spoke to a representative (after getting through their useless AI assistannt) who then contacts the local repair shop (the one I'm writing this review for) who apparently advised her that it's not looking good for today and that the technician got backed up and that it might be best for me to reschedule. Yep - that' s what I did.. with a completely different company altogether. Thanks Nathanial for being assigned to my repair and not having the decency to call or text giving me a heads up that you're running behind.. I saved you the trip altogether.. Never calling this company again.. Lesson learned.

Called our insurance agent with whom we discussed getting the OEM windshield for the Hyundai Santa Fe as they are recommended, especially as our model has ADAS (cameras) and Heads-Up Display (HUD). Our insurance agent said it was ok to get the OEM windshield to ensure proper fitment, sensor calibration, and HUD clarity. OEM glass costs roughly 20-40% more than aftermarket but prevents potential issues with wind noise, sensor, and display distortion. Essential needs include proper calibration with the windshield replacement. We called Lloyds and from that point on, they took care of everything from insurance, getting the OEM windshield to making an appointment for the windshield installation at our residence. Called to let us know he was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. The Installation took less than an hour. No problem when asked it it was ok to take the car around the block to check the heads up display was working as were the cameras. Very satisfied with their staff and their timely service. If we ever have another need to replace a windshield, they will be the first we will call.

Dory repeatedly explained that there was no accident, but he insisted that was the only option. After we hung up, Dory knew it wasn't right. She asked for my agent's contact information, called her directly got the contact information for glass repair, reached the correct person, and got the proper reference number issued. She truly went above and beyond. The technician who replaced the windshield was professional, personable, and did a clean, thorough job. Follow up from a hack job of a windshield replacement I received from Steve. I understand no one is…read moreperfect, but the disregard I received from Steve when I told him I heard air gushing in after his replacement, and then the buckets of water that was pouring under my dash after it rained was not acceptable!! My brand new SUV. instead of taking my concerns seriously he basically told me it wasn't from his windshield replacement. Didn't even offer to do a water test. Only offered that once I told him I was notifying my insurance of the issues I was having and that I had a insurance adjuster coming out. Fast forward, my dealership informed me of the entire right side of the windshield not being sealed properly. Had to get all the carpet replaced and electrical checked. Money out of my pocket! Fast forward again, I just had my cabin filter replaced, and guess what was full of mold? You guessed it!! This cabin filter is exactly where the water was gushing into my car from his horrible windshield replacement. Maybe next time listen to the concerns of your customers Steve. I can't help but feel I was disregarded because I am a female. This could have been an easy fix from you. A simple water test would have shown it was not sealed properly. And this review wouldn't be blasted on your business.
