I chose this company based on positive reviews and previous work that had been done at my home prior to my purchase. Response times were slow, professionalism was lacking, and the final outcome did not meet expectations. There were delays, lack of communication, and concerns that were not properly addressed. The technician arrived over an hour plus late with no apology or excuse and then left abruptly after claiming he was going to get his tools from his truck to complete the job. No job was completed and no one at the company was willing to understand my concerns or attempt to address them. I was talked to poorly and treated like trash. I'm disappointed with my experience with this company. I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service and accountability. read more

We've used them for years and so thankful they were able to help so quickly this last time as I didn't have time to wait to order a new or custom one. They had a used one on hand which was great since raccoons was getting into everything. Here is a before and after pic. Both doors were from them but as you can see damage was beyond fixable. . Great experience! Our kids had given us a garage door opener for Christmas and a friend had come over to help us install it, but said that sadly, our garage had a clearance problem and that it wouldn't work. I called Mid-Ga Garage Doors and they came when they said they would, even called ahead that morning. Charlie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, He said that it would be a challenge to put it up, but that he would try. I used Mid-Georgia Garage doors for the second time today. Both times I have called in the afternoon and they were out the next day and arrived at the time they said they would be there. I also had the same technician named Charlie both times. He is the consumate professional. On time, knowledgeable and efficient. Service call was reasonable and he had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes with an $8 part. He also lubed the doors and helped with a keypad issue that I had been having. I would highly reccomend that if you need anything to do with garage doors in Peachtree City or Newnan that you use this company. They are a pleasure to work with. read more
