I took the car into the dealer and they would only quote me the price for a complete replacement of the front bumper cover - which was over $1000 with parts/labor - and they said we would have to leave it with them for at least a week. My wife and I were not interested in spending that kind of money at this point, as the bumper cover was still in tact... it just kept falling off. After reading previous reviews on Yelp for Central MO Auto Body, we decided to give them a try. I could not have been more impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My car was evaluated and taken back into the shop within 5 minutes of walking through the door. They returned my car to me in less than half an hour with the front bumper cover firmly reattached, and they did not charge me a penny because it was a simple fix! I cannot recommend these folks higher. I plan to return here if I ever have any other auto body issues.

When I have communicated with Stuart at this location twice he assured me he would be starting on the repairs at the end of the week and both times he recanted his statement after saying whether he had all the parts or not he would start tearing down and start small repairs. I'm not very satisfied with the service at this location. They also have poor communication with each other. The radiator support wasn't supposed to be there until 3/23/2022 but showed up on the 21st and no one communicated that to the repair man. Over all so not use this location they will keep your car as long as they possibly can.
