I was blown away by not only their customer service but also their bodywork. I barely lifted a finger this whole process, they set up my rental car and arranged me to be picked up from their shop, they kept me updated the whole time, and they had an extremely fast turn around time (I dropped my car off Monday and had it back by Friday). Upon pick up I was handed a box of cookies to thank me for my business and was given a walk around to discuss what all was done and address any concerns. My car was even cleaner than when I dropped it off! I am hoping to never need body work again, but SRC will always be my go to if I ever find myself in that position. The truck I went to go look at was just over $55,000. If I wanted to pay cash, they wanted to charge me an extra $3500. Without a Ford GMC OR Chevy trade in, it is $1500 more.... ‍ This place is a joke. Stay away and don't make the drive up here because the prices look cheap. They do that to get you there and then you find out all this nonsense. In all seriousness, our sales person, Mike Novacich was really good. If you can deal with the Dealers BS pricing strategies then you should deal with him if you can. If it would give me the option to give them a zero star, I would. I call all the ones by my house and I was told 3 and 4 weeks out before they could even look at my truck. Troy is a bit of a drive but I figured it was worth a try. Not only did they have an opening weeks before everyone else, they called me today because they have diagnosed the problem and the part will be in Monday. A week before they the day they originally quoted me. I probably will never own another Dodge but I would highly recommend Jake and the service department at this location. I will update y'all on Monday if anything changes but right now I'm feeling pretty darn optimistic
