From the very first phone call, Danny was kind, honest, and dedicated to helping me out. I was able to squeeze in on Thursday, and the team worked my Jeep in as soon as they could, having everything done by Thursday afternoon. Beyond the initial requested service, I'd also noticed an awful scratching noise in my wheel the night before dropping off my vehicle. Danny and his team jumped right in to investigation on this as well. At first there was some trouble finding the problem, but he called me to gather additional info, pulled my vehicle back into the shop again, and found and solved the issue. Afterwards he also walked me through what the problem was and showed me exactly where to identify the issue if it ever were to happen again. His exact words, "one way or another, I am making sure you get home safely on your drive." This hospitality, honesty, and dedication is not found everywhere. Danny didn't have to put in this much effort to make sure I was not only taken care of, but also felt safe returning to the road, but it was second nature to him to put in his very best and be as helpful as possible. They will not take advantage of someone who does not know cars, they will not pad the bill with unnecessary repairs, and they know what they are doing. Example. They quoted me the cost of a repair for one of my vehicles. When they were through, the cost was less than the minimum they had quoted me. Instead of charging me the minimum they had quoted, they charged me what it cost. Another time they quoted me a repair cost and when I went to pay the bill, the part that they had priced was the wrong part and cost less than the one they needed to use. Since they had quoted me less than what it actually cost them, they were willing to stick with that quote. I paid them what it cost because I will not take my cars anywhere else. There would have been no hard feelings on their part had I paid what they quoted but I felt it was worth it to pay what it cost to keep them in business. It is difficult to find a shop that you can trust. This is one business that deserves your trust.
