I had a great experience when I bought my ATV here so I thought setting up a maintenance appointment would be just as great. Nope! The service guy just sounds like he hates his job. After telling him I would need it picked up & the maintenance I wanted he proceeded to tell me it could not be picked up the day of service, that's understandable. He said Wednesday or Thursday, I advised it'd have to be Wednesday & he said ok, and that the driver would call me. Tuesday I call because I had not received a call yet. The driver calls me back & informs me rudely that the only day he can pick it up is Thursday. I tell him that won't work because I'm at work. He proceeds to insist he can only do it Thursday, he was very rude & obnoxious. Saying he had a drop off in Wooster, which my residence is in between Wooster & Mt Vernon, so not out of the way like he made it sound. Even asked if I could leave it out.... apparently so someone can steal it. When I told him to just cancel the service , he then says "Well I can pick it up the morning of service." I agreed but after thinking about it all night I canceled the service because after that rudeness & arrogant attitude why would I trust them to do a service. read more

Unbelievable! My husband took our gocart in for brakes and the sales guy basically just pushed my husband out the door and said we don't work on go carts!! They have the same brake system as a motorcycle my husband pointed out on a motorcycle. I thought they did worked on atv's, go carts,and motorcycles they use too!! But the mannerisms of this gentleman was appalling. So my husband asked for advice to why he can't get the brake to pump up the sells person said welllll it might be that the line is collapsing. My husband then asked could you sell me the line then? The guy literally told him it would be better if he goes on line and purchase it there. We have never been to this business the guy has no idea who my husband is but I know one thing for certain weight will never take our business there again! Called these clowns to purchase a new old stock gasket, after unsuccessfully attempting to find one through my local dealer and eBay. The joker on the phone refuses to sell me the gasket, claiming he can't ship it to California (thanks prop 65). I explain to him that it's a single layer steel gasket, not a battery or a quart of oil, therefore prop 65 does not apply. He replies "they won't let me ship anything to California" and offers no solution. Next call was to Honda of Fairfield Ohio, their parts department was more than happy to help me, and send the gasket priority mail the following morning. Thanks a lot mid Ohio powersports. My 80 year old father walked in April 13th, 2023 with $10,000 CASH to buy a smaller bike than the one he has. He walked in and two guys were working. Neither guy greeted or acknowledged my father. He walked around for a little bit waiting to be acknowledged and was not. He walked right out the door and went elsewhere and bought a brand new bike the same day. Shame on you!! Just because he's older and has white hair does not mean he's not a customer. YOUR LOSS~!!! I purchased a motorcycle from this business ten years ago. Service on my bike has always been good. The business was acquired by a new owner in 2018. If you haven't been there since then, you should give them a chance. I had a problem a couple weeks ago and I met with the owner to discuss it. Really nice guy who loves motorcycling and is knowledgeable about the sport. He took care of the problem right away and showed me bikes for about one hour. I learned a lot and was very pleased with the response. I recommend giving the newly acquired owner a chance. Beats the heck out of driving to Columbus for service. read more

I had a really poor experience with this place. In repairing a transmission issue the shop broke the tailpipe off. So I had to buy one of those. When the tailpipe was done they said I needed new brakes. So I approved that repair. Whoops, we broke something else when we replaced the brake pads. Another $400. When I went to pick the ATV up after borrowing a truck and trailer and driving 40 minutes they tell me I need a new battery but they don't have one in stock. They just noticed that that morning and did not call to suggest a new battery. I packed the ATV up and left. They did deduct $150 from the bill due to the fact that they broke the parts but over half of my $1100 Bill was due to parts they broke. Feeling fleeced. read more

Been a customer for 18 years or so. Bought a few motorcycles and quads during that time. I've also used their repair shop quite a bit. I had a bike in for service a few years back. They had my bike for two months. When I got it back, it was covered with oily finger prints and two months worth of shop dust. They don't wash bikes. Here recently, I went in for a tire change. I was told it was a two hour job. I waited in the showroom for 3.5 hours. When I got home, I noticed that my front wheel was scratched in several places. I was told that they would apply touch up paint at no cost. I have decided to cut my losses and take my repairs elsewhere. read more

Have never had a good experience there. They tried to trick me into fixing an oil leak that I didn't have when I went back to the shop and asked them to show it to me they couldn't. When I was ready to trade up to a new bike I walked in the showroom ready to pay cash for an 18k bike. After 45 min I had to walk up to the salesman who wouldn't stop talking to his buddy long enough to ask if I needed anything to let him know that he just missed out on a cash sale because he was too busy talking instead of doing his job. i had a agreed upon price with them i'm from virginia there in ohio 8hr trip one way i have everything taken care of my person get there to pick up bike and one the bike is not in the same shape they say it was and i was told no scratches or damage the saddlebags were scratched up and they acted like they didn't want them to inspect the bike at all next off all paperwork was supposedly done well they want a notarized bill of sale before it can leave or it has to be titled in the person's name that was going to pick it up and cost me sales tax and registration 2 times i didn't agree to this then it was they couldn't get it cause no motorcycle license well exactly why do you need a license to put it on a trailer very unprofessional and big waste of time read more
