Fred and Mike had it one day, went straight to work on it, could have sold me a new Carb if they were less than standup guys, Instead they fixed everything in a couple hours, took the time to teach me a couple things so I wouldn't have to pay someone if I ever needed to do it again, and their prices were beyond fair. these guys are great! Not money motivated, the only thing they seem to care about is taking care of the bike. My bike runs and rides perfect now, I could not be happier.

I went here originally for an on bike tire change on a tubed tire, for an '06 Shadow. I provided…read morethe tire I wanted, and the tech assured me they could provide a tube. The wheel set up I originally used a tube with a 90 degree bend air valve stem, because the Shadow has a very cramped well inside the rim due to being shaft driven. When I received the bike, it had a straight valve stem. I can't get most public air pump chucks to fit as they are made for cars an angled at 45 degrees. Fine, I call back to see if we can resolve it. I'm talked down to almost immediately by Josh and told they won't cover the labor to replace it and supposedly Honda OEMs the tire with a straight valve stem on the tube. I tell him I'll call back with a decision the next day. Lo and behold I find the parts book and multiple photos of Honda Shadows proving my bike isn't a one off, and Honda knows how to make a bike! They all have 90 degree air valve stems! So I call back to Josh directly and say, let's see what we can do, but please next time you work on my bike return it to me with the layout I left it in your hands with, but I will pay some money to find a middle ground. Again talks down to me like I am stupid and says very sternly like I'm a child that they replace things how THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GO. (I'm sure Honda designed their tire to be near impossible to get most air pump chucks onto.) After being boldly and confidently lied to as I'm LOOKING at the OEM parts list of tubes with 90 degree stems, I point out I have both a huge swathe of photos and the Honda OEM parts book showing the correct tube, and he hangs up on me. Do not no business with someone who lies to cover their mistakes. Thankful it wasn't a serious repair that could get me in danger on a two wheeled vehicle and instead I learned my lesson early with a repair that just created a lot of inconveniences for me.

I was effectively kicked out for trying to shop…read more Last Friday evening, (12/2/16) and three weeks before Christmas, at approximately 6:10pm I stopped in with my two boys, ages 10 and 7, to look at motorcycles, helmets and boots. K&C Cycle in Hebron closes at 6:30pm. This year Santa is delivering 2-wheel magic on the 25th but I still needed to size the kids up for bikes and gear. I was raised in a small business family so I regularly buy from local companies when at all possible. When we arrived at K&C Cycle there were two gentlemen chatting at the front of the store and I said: "Howdy" when we walked in. My greeting was returned with a simple "Hi" and I replied: "we're here to kill some time and look at some helmets and stuff" at which time both gentlemen looked at each other and one of them muttered "ooookayyy....". I tried to be vague so I wouldn't give my boys the idea that I was actually shopping for bikes and gear. Fifteen seconds later and after making it approximately 10' into the store, one gentleman left and the other, whom I assume now to be the owner, Ray, indicated that he was closing up and had to pull the outside bikes and quads in. Verbally, it was delivered oddly but I assumed he was letting me know that he would be in and out as we looked around. I said "okay, we're just going to be looking around" at which point he said: "it's close to closing" and non-verbally indicated that we should leave. At first I thought I was misinterpreting his cues but I quickly realized that he wanted us to leave...now. I said "so you're kicking us out?" to which he replied: "well you're the one who said you're just here to kill some time!". I replied with a simple "wow, you have got to be kidding me" and Ray again said: "hey buddy you said you were killing time!". Apparently, I did not realize that at K&C Cycles the potential customers loudly announce exactly what they will be buying when they walk in the door. I did not need to be told twice and began exiting what I thought was a motorcycle retail store. As I was walking towards the door I did explain that yes, we will leave, but that we will not ever be back, to which he replied, again and as he was walking further towards a different section of the store: "well you're the one who said you were just here to kill time". As I was exiting, I did inform him that he was a "business idiot", a remark that he did not like and after mulling it over for a second he turned quickly on his heels and with finger in air he exclaimed as he walked towards me that he was not an idiot and that he has had the displeasure of dealing with the "public" for years. I'm not proud of calling him an idiot in front of my boys and if I could take it back I would. The interaction I had with the owner of K&C Cycles in Hebron, OH was the single worst retail experience I believe I have had. My perception was, sadly, on that day, Ray was doing his best to continue to erode the American mom-n-pop shopping experience and force individuals like myself to enhance the sales numbers of the larger corporate organizations that practice decent customer service, such as not kicking you out upon arrival. Our family has now purchased two youth motorcycles and we are currently shopping for two adult off-road motorcycles and gear. -Tony

Ordered an ATV cargo box two weeks ago. Received an order conformation but after 2 weeks did not…read morereceive the box. Called 3 times before I got a real person (messages were not returned). Was told the shipping cost for this box was not within reason so they would not ship. Never received an email or phone call that there was a problem with the order. Customer no service abounds at this shop. Can't wait to have to send the credit card company a dispute claim. Avoid this place!!!

Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.
