Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family. Total nightmare. As if moving isn't already stressful enough... today I came to pick up a truck…read more(with a reservation) and was refused service, discriminated against, and ultimately utterly offended by the assistant manager, Gabriel Campbell. I arrived via uber to pick up my reserved truck to finish a move and as I'm retrieving my wallet from my husband's small backpack (which we were using to keep both of our wallets in place during the move) Gabriel told me he was not comfortable renting to us as it appeared we had "all of our earthly belongings with us"... I could not believe this! Was he calling me homeless?! I showed him the contents of the bag, confused, and ensured him it was only holding our wallets. He insisted he would not rent us a truck because, "These trucks cost a lot of money, and don't get returned sometimes", and "he was going to go with his gut" and stand on refusing us a truck. In our conversation he also asked how we got there, once we answered with "an uber" he said our story wasn't adding up. As if you need a "story" to rent a truck. My ID was valid, and money good. Rented from U-Haul for years and have never experienced anything like this. Will likely never return and spend the few extra dollars on a Penske when needing to rent a truck or van in the future. As an African American couple, we are incredibly disappointed with how we were treated. Luckily, after calls to supervisors and regional managers... I was rented a truck. But after having spent hours on getting a truck, we won't make it to storage on time. #1moreDayofMoving

Stihl staff is not educated enough on products or warranties. Bought a brand new chainsaw was told…read moreit was two year warranty, they sold me additional oil to extend the warranty to four years. I use the chainsaw for 15 minutes and it threw a chain. Two links in the chain were not flexible when I tried to replace the chain back on the chainsaw, took it back to the store told me I had to buy a new chain, and that everything on the saw was covered for the warranty except the chain. Buying an expensive product get told one story as soon as something needs to be replaced they tell you a different story. The department provided terrible service. I then went to the store manager, who sold me the chain at a very slight discount. Even though the staff was not forthright with me around the #Warranty when I bought the saw. After leaving the store, I called the manufacturer who told me if I was still at the store they could talk to the store and get me the replacement chain for free. Not a satisfied customer I will not be buying additional products from your store.

Took my lawn mower in to Feldmans Farm & Home in Bonner Springs, Kansas for servicing in March, had…read moremower for over a week didn't call me or text to say it was ready, had to call. Picked up mower despite website & receipt saying cleaning was part of the 89.00 servicing it was not clean. Mowers self propel didn't work took mower back, they had it 47 days, replacing multiple parts, it was still under warranty with honda, they had to keep calling Honda to tell them what it might be, finally they were told cable needed adjusting, they couldn't do that, Honda sent a rep who adjusted & educating them. Had to buy a mower to mow my grass. Picked up my mower and Managers comment to us from Owner was not to shop there again. This is rude behavior when none of this was my fault. This is a terrible business.

Never do a propane exchange again! They fill you BBQ propane tank to the full 20lbs for cheaper than the 15lbs you get from the exchange places.

I returned the next morning but no one was at the store for the return like I was told there would be even due to restricted hours of business. (Closed Tues & Wed) I kept the machine and tried to return it Wed morning. The Owner was there and returned it in for me. He said he would give me a refund for the extra day I paid for and he would email me the receipt with a refund for the extra day I paid for. I had both within 30 minutes. Wow quick! Friendly, No hassle customer service, good quality products.
