I started going to the Chester Springs location soon after they opened and received great service…read morefor a few years and many visits with my and my kids' cars. Then, as it seems to be the norm with chain auto shops a new manager took over once the original manager got the place up and running. With the new manager now running the shop I got an inspection and oil change with no surprises. Fast service with an appointment and no upsells. But, when I went to leave my TPMS said my tires were at 50 psi instead of the recommended 32 psi. I was told maybe my sensors needed to be recalibrated, but I told them I just checked my tire pressure the night before and the TPMS agreed with the pump pressure setting of 32 psi. A tech came out with an old fashioned mechanical gauge and sure enough it showed 50 psi. All I got was an oops, I guess I need to send the digital gauge aback for repairs and they let some air out of my tires That was not good, but forgivable. But then apparently another manager took over and that's when things went bad. I made an online appointment for an inspection at 10 am noting that I'd wait. When I arrived I was told they were swamped with drop offs and might not be able to get to me before noon when they went to lunch, and even then if there were any issues they might not finish that day so I should get a ride home and they'd call when it was done. I asked why do they allow scheduling an appointment if drop offs get first priority. He said that's just how they do it. I left and got my car inspected at a different shop, and was in and out in about an hour. A few days later I got an email with a survey about my "service" and the first question was would I recommend them. I answered 'No' and before allowing me to enter a reason why I got kicked off the survey and the link went dead. I guess if the website doesn't allow people to give bad reviews, they'll never get a bad review.

They only charged me for the inspection sticker on the second visit, I didn't need to pay for the entire process again, which is really great

This location sits a bit off of the main road so you may miss it when you're driving by if you're not familiar with the area. It is in the shopping center across from the WAWA. This location always seems to have time to fit you in for service within a half hour or less when you walk in vs. the Limerick location which always has over an hour wait or trys to schedule you at a future date. Today is a Friday. I went to the limerick store which closes at 6pm about getting a new tire mounted and balanced on a new wheel since I had recently damaged the tire/wheel. Limerick said they did not have the tire in stock and it would be at least until Monday until I could be serviced. They actually recommended I visit this location instead and the staff at this location was able to hold a tire. I am currently sitting in the waiting room which isn't as large as Limerick but its in direct view of the service area which in my opinion is something better since at Limericks CJ's waiting area you are out of view of the technicians performing work on your vehicle.

I don't believe it was the regular person answering the phone that I have spoken to in the past. The person who answered the phone was very short and rude with me. I couldn't believe the way I was being spoken to from this location. I am debating not Returning after my inspection next month. Thank you
