Very Unprofessional Wouldn't Recommend" Got a truck dealership didn't verify my trade in and wanted more $$ went to credit Union they said no but would need to void loan and check and redo it but dealership had immediately deposited the check so bank and dealer said they would work it out. Bank called and said the dealer would eat the 800 since it was their error. The dealer sent the check for the trade we even verified with our salesman that everything was all good and sent him a thank you card. Fast forward it's been about 6 weeks and we still haven't gotten the paperwork from the bank so we can get plates.... So WE call and come to find out the dealership hasn't released the title for the new truck because they've decided they now want the 800 bucks. The $$ isn't that big of an issue but the fact that no one I talk to there has any answers or authority really...save yourself the headaches and lost time and go anywhere else. read more

I subscribe to UConnect. The program had a software upgrade that needed to be performed to allow the remote start app to function, however, the file was too large to do it at home. I went to MidValley to have it taken care. Visit one: I dropped off the vehicle the night before my appointment date. Late on the appointment day I was told that the technician was on vacation. I gave the service rider the benefit of the doubt that he knew what work was scheduled for the day but that maybe he didn't know the technician's schedule. I rescheduled for another day. Visit two: I dropped off the vehicle the night before my appointment date. Mid-afternoon I received a call that the upgrade would be done near 5 p.m. I arrived at the shop to find out the upload progress has slowed and they weren't sure it would be finished by 5 p.m. Upon further discussion it was revealed that 1) they didn't start the upgrade until several hours after they had opened the shop and 2) they have issues with their internet connection. Umm, I have issues with this situation. I had an appointment, so start my work on time even if my physical presence isn't there waiting for my vehicle and upgrade your internet if you are providing the upgrade service. The upgrade finally happened on visit three. Terrible communication - no heads up, not forthcoming, and making excuses. I have another story about their inability to troubleshoot a problem with my camera which triggers the auto rain sensing and auto headlamp dimming. Left there (which required a couple of visits) thinking it was fixed - nope. I went to Yakima Dodge. Done. They will be my new service provider. read more
