I drove from Seattle to Sunnyside to buy a used truck. It was not what I wanted. My salesman was Eddie Garcia. Not once did he pour on the car sales techniques and pressure me into a diff vehicle. Instead, he was friendly, honest and answered my questions about trucks on the lot. He showed me a discounted 2022 pick up that I liked and worked with me to put me in something I felt was a reasonable price for what I got. Even with an admin mistake, the entire dealership worked to make it right. The manager Angel was friendly and again, did not do the sales to manager BS you get at other dealerships. I was pretty content with my purchase. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for an honest deal where both sides get what they want. We'll be back for our next car here. read more

All they will do is sell you someone else's problems. Bought a 2015 Sierra over a year ago that had a bad lifter, they told me it would take months to get the parts so I just traded it in. Saw it back on the lot a week later. The truck I replaced it with, a 2018 Silverado has had battery issues, transmission issues, a leaking oil pan gasket and electrical problems. They screwed up the oil pan gasket the first time and leaked oil all over my driveway. tried to bring my truck in for the battery and they ignored me and I couldnt even start my truck the next day. 1 star is TOO much for this place. My boyfriends truck has been sitting in their shop for 6 months right now, yes... 6 months waiting on its 4th transfer case to be replaced. Before this 6 months it was in and out of the shop for another 6= months. He bought a truck from this dealership Dec. 2022. The past year, the transfer case has broken 4 times, the transfer case is under warranty, The dealership has continuously told him that they are fighting with the warranty and apparently they wont cover it, so guess what this dealership did... makes my boyfriend pay for a portion of the transfer case. He was so over the back and forth he just did it. Okay so now guess what they are saying? It was shipped to them and the transfer case was broken... they are holding on to this truck until warranty is out so they don't have to continue paying for THEIR mistakes. They are all crooks and sell lemons. And another thing, even the loaner truck they gave broke down and they have not replaced it. His warranty covers rentals, and they say they don't have any. Service Department is helpful. as far as Sales department goes. they suck. i was inside showroom waiting for my wife's 2019 jeep Rubicon to get oil change service. I circled a Chevy Truck like 3 times opened doors and everything. Not one single salesman approached me nor did a manager. Please note there was a showroom with about 4/6 salesmen inside. I was fresh off of work so i was dressed down beanie, hoodie and not cleanest nikes. Sure i was judged by appearance. I own 2 Gmc pick ups so a chevy is no big deal anyways. Not happy at all with them. Made an appointment over a week ago on line, dropped off my vehicle day before an put keys in the night drop box. For an oil change.(appointment Monday 8am)I got their before they where going to close. The service writer couldn't find my key, i told him i drop vehicle off day before an put keys in drop box. He told me that they dont check the drop box, i said, what do you mean i did my appointment online an keys in dropping box. He said when appointment are made on line they don't get the online appointment message. I said, then why do you have online appointment if your not checking appointment status an whats in night box. Really disappointed with how these guys worked with my wife and daughter today. Set up a visit this morning for the afternoon to see three available vehicles ("they will be on the lot."). They left work early to come see the cars; one had been sold and another could not be found (after we were told this morning they'd both be on the lot). No phone call to let them the two primary vehicles weren't there - really? I understand they need people on the lot, but we're out $60+ in work missed and gas, and it was mostly a waste of time. Expected better from a long-term Valley company. Won't ever consider them again. read more

Horrible service!!! We were under Cheney warranty and have had oil leak problems. They did not fix the leak. They also told us there were three seperate things to fix and they would need to charge us over three hundred to do the work. I told them I only wanted what was under warranty and it was like they couldn't care less. We had to call before they closed to get our car back because they would never call us to let us know anything concerning our vehicle. I needed to purchase a new car but I would rather pay another mechanic and go elsewhere. I will be calling chevy to try and complain further. Don't give these rip offs any money. Our 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins had a "Low DEF" light come on. I verified this code prior to taking it to Speck at a local Autozone. To be specific, the code in question was P203F (Low DEF). Having confirmed this, we took our Ram into Speck for diagnosis into why the code was not resetting. We received a call from Angel, the service manager, who informed us they had also discovered a P207F (DEF quality code) and the cause was contaminated DEF in our truck's DEF tank. We had just filled up the tank prior to receiving the original code (P203F) and while the DEF gauge was registering as 100% full, the check engine code was still on. Angel informed us, due to the contamination in our DEF the $2400 repair would not be covered under warranty. I was informed the mechanic had pulled a sample from our truck and it registered as 34%. According to American Petroleum Institute, 34% concentration of urea is still within specifications; however, Speck advised it was of their opinion the DEF was contaminated and it would not be covered. I contacted the local fueling station and got in touch with the fuel company. A sample was pulled from the DEF bulk tank and a sample from my truck, at my own request. Both samples were sent off to a Pilot J lab and returned with results showing zero contaminants or any reason to warrant the code being thrown. This information was provided to both Speck and FCA Corporate who both continued to deny the repair under warranty. This all took place over the course of two weeks, during which we were denied a rental and so were out of our truck for the entire duration. I finally instructed the dealership to clean out the tank and pump with distilled water, reinstall, and I'd deal with the issue myself. After picking the truck back up, I provided my own DEF and the codes cleared themselves. I put in 105+ miles after picking it up and have not seen the code return. At no time did Speck change their diagnosis of the truck and at the time of pickup, had me sign an acknowledgement I was refusing the repair. The quoted repair was for a part which did not require any fix. The diagnosis was not a diagnosis at all -- it was simply looking at the first possible cause for the code (P207F) and shoving that down my throat. When presented with information which showed the original diagnosis was not legitimate, Speck did not look into any other causes for the code and again indicated I needed to replace the pump. What is the point in having a warranty when the dealership and corporate turn a blind eye to legitimate information, simply to deny the repair in order to turn a profit. Based on this experience, I agree with the notion dealerships employee salesmen (service writes) and parts changers (mechanics). The notion of repairing vehicles is out the window. In closing, the DEF pump they quoted cost $1,750. Interestingly enough, I could source the same MOPAR DEF pump from Athens Dodge for $1,190 shipped. Of course, there turned out to be nothing wrong with the pump in the first place, but still -- if you need service, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Don't go in for repairs if you are a woman, they will try to take advantage of you. Caught them in several lies and tried to charge me double the estimate. Took over 2 weeks to get a part for warranty work (yeah right) and said they didn't have loaners but pulled one out of the air suddenly. Just go somewhere else. These guys are shady. read more

I took my car in to get a lil change that I purchased when I bought my car. (Which 12 oil changes should be free) they stated my car has sludge and needed the premium oil service which cost me 56.00. I live in Yakima, after driving it to toppenish I noticed an oil smell coming through vents. I pulled over and noticed oil spilled all over my engine. I had to call a tow truck to come and get me. Luckily it was covered under on star. I took it to a tire place in Yakima. And they clarified the oil cap was not placed correctly and caused oil to spill. I immediately called the manager Carlos he offered me my money back and to bring in my car to get the engine cleaned. I was hesitant to take my electric car back. But I did. Yes they cleaned motor up. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on my refund. I call and they don't return phone calls. At this this point I want my money reimbursed from the oil change package. They won't return my call. Very unprofessional!! My family is a Sunnyside resident for many many years and have bought cars there. Disappointed being that's my first car I purchased at C speck. I agree they RIP u off especially if you a lady. Make sure you take a man with you to buy. They shady as hell. read more

Consumers beware......I had an oil change performed at C Speck Motors in Sunnyside, WA (Authorized Chevrolet Dealership) for my 2015 Suburban. Later that day we noticed a HUGE amount of smoke coming from the tail pipe....like a ridiculous amount of smoke!! I immediately checked the oil and found it to WAY overfill with oil. I took the vehicle to C. Speck in Pasco, WA ( affiliate of Sunnyside dealer) and they drained the oil.......look what was found, somewhere close to 15 Quarts of oil when the vehicle takes 8 Quarts. As it turns out, they never drained the old oil and just added 8 more quarts thus causing possible severe engine problems. First I would Like to start out by saying this place is a horrible Dealership! and worst customer service I would not recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new car go there. I had my car for about 1 week and problems after problems when I asked for them to help me out all they did was ignore my complaint and stated Im basically screwed with this car that has had more than 3 issues wrong with it I dont understand how they can sell cars in that condition.
