Trusting them, I proceeded with the dental work. Yea, I should have checked myself, but they should not have misrepresented their professionalism by giving me an estimate they KNEW to be false. It's not just a simple mistake - their practice is set up to operate that way.

This place was referred to me by my hubby. I wanted a place a bit closer to get to so I decided to…read morego. I went for a cleaning but they did all the preliminary stuff and no time for cleaning. I went back a couple of weeks later. They did the filling replacement but still no cleaning. I complained a bit do they fit me in later that day. All in all a good experience. A couple of things I would change. They always try to have you leave your purse and go somewhere else, which I don't do. I also don't need to be patted on the should while the dr is giving me a shot. I would have said something but you are stuck with your mouth open and no way to say knock it off. And all my invoices come with my husband's name on them. I've been to many dental offices this is new and kind of odd given how we are all worried about privacy and such. The dentistry itself seems very modern and up to date. Which is why I will likely continue here but a few things as I previously mentioned I would change.

Have epilepsy. Jordon threw a fit saying not sure if he can see me. Dr Wally is really nice and friendly. Great appointment. Jordon the front desk agent made an appointment without me confirming it. It was at 8:00. I told them I don't drive until 10:00 because I have had seizures while driving before so I take my meds at 8;00 to make sure it's 100% safe. Called me. I was confused. On Friday I confirmed my appointment on Monday. Jordon who has been rude to me every time we have talked. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. That is unacceptable to call me on a SUNDAY for an appointment I confirmed on Friday. A personal reminder on a Sunday ? They called me and my wife Monday morning and I was sleeping in. They called my wife who was at work. I would have gone but still very upset about Sunday. I have epilepsy with a memory problem. I came in a day early for my second appointment. Jordan not considerate about my condition. The appointment was at 11:00 but handed me a card saying 10:40. He didn't explain why or if it's okay with me. He stormed off as usual. Never ever nice or treat me with respect ever.....

The doc was sweet and caring about how I was doing. Only bummer side to this place is they don't start till 8am, it would be great if they had a day or two in the week they start at 7am for normal teeth cleaning type appts. Cause I would really like to be a patient hear after the way they treated me so kindly but I have to be to work at 8am and with my job it's hard to not be there on time.

He will NOT "shame" you for being lax on your cleanings (like I was) and doesn't ask you questions with his hands in your mouth. I had a filling done yesterday and it was smooth sailing. His office only uses composite (the white resin) so no nasty mercury fillings. The numbing shot did not hurt at all and the drill is so much quieter than it was a few years ago. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and what it would feel like. I know most people might not need that but I definitely get anxious during dental visits. Long story short, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore! I can't wait to go back to get my other filling done and get started on my clear aligners. Plus free whitening for life!
