WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend, the older white lady working the commercial window was argumentative, sarcastic, and beyond rude. Don't know if it was favoritism or discrimination, but treated my family unfairly compared to other customers. Been to other landfills and had no problems. NO ONE should be treated such way. This place needs better training for their employees in regarding customer service and knowledge of their job or hire someone that can do the job. read more

This landfill is close to my house so didn't have to travel too far. Haven't been to one in years, but I have to admit this seems to be the spot to go to. They were surprisingly well organized when we pulled up. I had maybe at best a few hundred pounds of junk in back of my truck. It's the local rubbish haul to your nearest landfill and all man-made with heavy moving equipment. It's actually a marvel of engineering as future sites are excavated deep below and prepared to accept more rubbish for its finally resting place. The hillside is constantly changing to accommodate various fills as they reach capacity. We got rid of various substrates collected over 14 years at our residence and made sure to separate rubbish from charitable goods. It's the perfect reason to "spring clean" and free up space at home. You get weighed in as you enter and leave a $20 deposit just in case you decide not to clear the scales on your way out. We offloaded 260lbs and our cost was $13. Took a haul of yard waste to the dump and waited in line for 45 minutes. Traveled down the road to drive across trash, mixed in with dirt while I backed up. I was afraid my tires would be punctured, but they weren't. Easy enough location, I'll try to find a day they aren't as busy. read more

Lines were long, as expected. Seems like there could be a better process. But once we finally made it to the weigh and pay station the guy in the hut/booth rudely stepped out and said "it's not a drive thru, get out of your car" Ok fine. I get it, your job sucks but please don't take that out on me. There was NO signage saying to step out and pay. Also he had two vehicles pull up at the same time. Mine to the right and the other to the left side. I just assumed he was with the other vehicles occupant. Employees could certainly benefit from more training on customer service. Every few years I have to load up my pickup truck and head for the Land Fill. In my area there are several options. I found Mid Valley among my locations available and they are the best. Keep there water trucks busy keeping the dust down and there employees are top notch from the cashiers to their field employees, equipment operators. Easy in and easy out and all for a fair dollar amount. read more

Grounds not well maintained and people are dishonest. Called ahead of time and asked about prices. Was quoted $13 for anything under 300lbs. Showed up just before 4:30 with a load of tree branches no where near 300lbs as I had already removed the larger pieces for firewood. The lady at the window stated they could not weigh my truck as it was too late in the day and they had to charge me $23. I questioned this and she simply told me I could come back tomorrow. Wanting to just be done with it, I paid the extra. The grounds were a dusty smelly mud pit. Don't recommend going if you don't have 4x4. I know its a landfill, but have been to others that maintain the dust and path in/out. read more

This is one of the better landfills I've been to. You get in and out quick. Very convenient.
