They are a full service dealer of a wide array of products. My story starts with a Fisher Price Power Wheels Barbie Camper that stopped working. My granddaughter was heartbroken and so naturally so were we (grandma and grandpa). Fisher Price stopped making them a couple years ago so no way to replace it. It is in perfect condition except when you stepped on the pedal it simply would not go. We called Fisher Price and they were no help. We tried finding someone to repair it to no avail until we located S&S. We brought it to their store and were met by the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest couple who own the business. I felt like I was with my best friends after meeting them. After explaining what was wrong, they said it was possible the gear box was bad, which is common, but would not know until getting inside and checking. If that was the problem, they quoted a repair estimate, and we left. About 15 minutes into our considerably long ride home, they called and said the camper was working perfectly after they tested it with a new battery. They concluded that the original 6 year old battery I had been using was no longer charging sufficiently to make it go! They had the right battery in stock and that was all they charged me for. No fee for looking at it or testing it. Just the charge for the battery which was half of the repair charge they had quoted. They very easily could have said they replaced the gear box and charged me what they had quoted and made extra money on this. But they are wonderful, honest people who are extremely good at what they do, which is provide tremendous, honest and friendly customer service. I am thrilled that my granddaughter and future grandkids will be able to enjoy this toy thanks to S&S. I absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone in need of the services or products they provide. You will be as happy as I am if you do!!

Herzog's is big- not Home Depot big- but it's got a lot of what you may need for home repairs. There are mail-in options for anyone needing (and more anonymous) service and custom printing for those folks who don't understand that if you don't take good pictures, machine printing is not going to save them. I needed 12 minutes of a reel to reel tape transferred to mp3. I called and asked if they do this,…read moreI was told yes bring it in. A week later I bring it in (1 hour there and 1 hour home). The person at the counter takes the tape and tells me about shipping charges and that there were rates at 1/2 hour increments (something the person on the phone never mentioned), and nothing more. 2 weeks later I get a call telling me I either needed to pick a half hour from the beginning of the tape or provide a counter number for location. If I were told this at the first phone call, I'd have never gone as I do not have that info. If they told me this when I dropped off the tape, I'd have never left the tape. This cost me 4 hours and about $50.00 in gas with nothing transferred.
