Over a month ago, I checked their website out and compared it to a major corporate store where I've purchased other things at. This store in particular was my first choice and final choice because of what I saw online already. Parking lot is very clean & has designated spots for customers. Walking in, it was quiet and I saw a few people shopping around. I walked up to the lens and camera counter and I was greeted by a pretty cool guy! He asked me what I was looking for, I showed him and asked if we can see if it's compatible with my camera body. He put it on for me and I tried it on. He asked what kind of photography I was into and just had conversation flowing while trying to sell me something. The second sales representative sold me my lens cleaner and microfiber cloth. He was also very nice and helpful! I asked him his personal opinion and I got honesty. I noticed there was a print center so I think I'll be checking it out soon. The store has a variety of different items for your camera needs. Tripods, cameras, lens, memory cards, cleaners, and so much more. I went in there for one thing, and left with more. I payed $166 for the lens, memory card and warranty. Another $9+ for the cleaner and cloth. I believe for the value I paid, I got a good deal. Thank you Milford Photo, I will be back! I brought 44 2 1/4 negatives in sleeves to Milford Photo for high-res scans. Each sleeve was…read morenumbered and corresponded to printed proofs. Upon checking the scans, I discovered that there were 4 missing images. However, there were 41 scans provided. Oddly a very similar negative was scanned instead of the requested photo. And, this negative was inserted in the "missing photo" sleeve. Bottom line, my important negative was lost. I emailed the imaging specialist to see if he had misplaced the photo. Before I realized this loss, I brought the 4 missing negatives back to Milford Photo to be scanned. Shockingly. The scans were soft and missing detail. I called the imaging specialist, about these "bad scans". He proceeded to raise his voice and said that my negatives had deteriated. I proceeded to take the negatives to a very respected photo lab in NYC. I also showed the Milford Photo scans. They told me the negatives were scanned on the emulsion side. To be fair, I sent a detailed email to the specialist updating him about the scans and also asked him to look for my missing negative. He never replied. No apology, no compensation. Very unprofessional.

Terrible all around. Ordered a product through alzodigital.com, paid for it via Paypal. 8 days…read morelater and my order status stayed the same: "Order Confirmed". Called the customer service number from the number on the website and gave them the order number I received in my order e-mail from alzodigital.com. Was told that is not a valid order number. Great. They finally found my order using my zip code and was then informed that they don't have the product and that I've been issued a refund. I had to ask when this happened because I have not received either an e-mail or a refund. Finally after some fussing around, the person on the phone said they dropped the ball, apologized (which, credit where credit is due there), and then initiated a Paypal refund. Overall, bad communication is what killed this. If the website had proper communication of inventory, the sale wouldn't have happened in the first place. If I had been communicated with promptly of the lack of inventory, I would have understood. In the end, I waited 8 days for a product to ship and wound up having to hunt down my own refund.
