They found a salvaged engine and had the work done at their shop of choice. There was not negotiated with them. I get my truck back 27 days later... and there has been nothing but problems. After talking to the VP Javid Hashimi, the refused to take accountability of the situation. They wont cover any of the cost to repair my truck that is now undrivable. This corporation is absolutely criminal!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Scott was quietly efficient, as he went about the mechanical tasks and mysteries under my truck's hood, and before I had even settled to open my phone to tell my next meeting that I might be slightly delayed, he was asking if I'd like him to top up my coolant, as it was a bit low, and mentioning to keep watch on my transmission levels, as the clamp wears with age. Showed up at 10:00, was told it could be done at 11:30. Dropped it off at 11:00. We returned at 12:40, and they had not even started. So I waited in the front area.
