What's the deal with these reviews guys? I had my girlfriends GTI serviced earlier today and we talked about some other things that needed to get done and it felt very natural alike I was talking to neighbors who has giving me a hand. I got a military discount and I think he threw another deal in there it came out pretty cheap for an oil change and tire rotation. Fairly fast and the tech showed me some of the leaks a that are present to which to he wasn't dramatic he agreed it's normal in those cars. No pushy need to get anything repaired or anything'. Great stuff just a bit concerned about the other reviews guys. Address them!. read more

I went to this location a few times to have service done on my truck. They stripped a wheel stud and tried to replace it. That one was also stripped and I've been dealing with this for almost 2 years. They did an alignment and did a poor job. After taking a trip across country, my front tires were destroyed. One of my custom wheels were damaged by the tech hitting a curb when exiting the shop, and the owner has made no attempts to fix these issues, even after me making multiple attempts to have them resolved. read more

Be extremely careful with this shop. I brought my car here to replace the alternator, which they confirmed along with an oil leak. They charged me $2,000 (after a military discount) and kept my vehicle for three days.The moment I drove it home, the A/C was no longer working, even though it worked perfectly fine before I dropped it off. I immediately brought it back. They claimed they checked for a loose wire but insisted my A/C compressor was suddenly bad and needed to be replaced.I chose to get a second opinion. I took it to an honest mechanic who found that Midas had simply left a wire completely loose. It cost me an extra $500 just to diagnose and secure the connection that Midas messed up. Whether it was pure negligence or a deliberate attempt to extort more money from me for a fake compressor issue, I will never trust this place again. Stay away. read more

Highly recommend! This is the way service use to be and SHOULD be now. I had an exhaust leak and set up a time to get it fixed. Arrived and was professionally greeted immediately. Got my car in right away and fixed the issue. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Very professional, friendly and all around great people! read more

I highly recommend Midas of Cocoa. I took a used minivan that I had just purchased and had a bad experience at another shop nearby. Kyle took the time to explain all the services and they took their time to inspect the car. They discovered the minivan has a gasket leak and also big problems with the transmission. Also, in checking another of my vehicles for brakes they were so Honest and told me there was nothing wrong with them. I will always bring my cars to them. read more

I totally recommend the Midas in Cocoa FL. I went to Midas so that they could do a maintenance review on a car I was looking at buying since I've heard some horror stories on buying used cars. I wanted to have the car inspected before purchasing. Kyle and his co-worker reviewed what looked like a well-maintained car and found a head gasket leak. As someone who doesn't know much on cars, especially buying used ones, I was so thankful that they found this potential disaster for me. Everything from experience was horrible. During COVID times and most of the staff wasn't wearing any masks. Bathroom was FILTHY with gigantic flies in it. The whole place was just gross. Now service wise- only come here if you're looking to get robbed and your car not fixed. We came here as we unfortunately broke down on i-95. Ok the first day, They overcharged us hundreds of dollars to fix a hose, which ended up not even being the problem with the car. They told us to leave the car overnight and that they would work on it first thing in the morning the next day. Next day comes around and at 11:30am they hadn't even moved the car and simply told us they tried to turn it on and it didn't turn on.. (duh we already knew this.. which is why we left it overnight...) and that they just didn't know what was wrong with the car. As soon as we got the car towed to another mechanic, they were able to diagnose the car correctly within 20 minutes. This place was pathetic, staff is obviously not knowledgeable, and they will happily rip you off. STAY AWAY. read more

Had made a previous review but wouldn't allow me to add text for some reason. Anyway, went their because I wanted a small part of my exhaust welded and was recommended to the shop. Arrived out of the blue and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had no appointment or anything. I just showed up and they were happy to help. Their welder, Nate, did a great solid job on the welds. Exhaust is rock solid tight now. Fast forward a couple of days and heard an annoying rattle. Called and no hesitation allowed me to stop by and have them take a look. The issue was fortunately unrelated to the welding and was coincidental it seems. Nate took a look and ended up taking care of the noise maker. Recommend for a good honest shop. The work wasn't cheap for the weld, but cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap. I am 100% with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

Shop manager quoted me on my Ford F250 Super Duty muffler add on and rear brake change. Came out as quoted and muffler and pipe welds came out flawless. Great job , friendly people starting from the phone call until the end of the job. read more

Back again its been 5 months since last review maybe longer and nothing ever done to fix the issue of burning my 3.55 rear differential with 11" drums and brakes specifically for towing my trailer yet after 3 tries apparently you bombed my rear diff and instead putting a matching rear diff in you short changed me and put the 3.55 rear diff with 9" drums causing me to buy parts seperately now costing more money i cannot pull my trailer thru cities due to the braking conditions i now have pulling my trailer i wish i never allowed yall to touch my truck i shoulda just done it myself like usual instead being lazy not to mention i got played by there finance company Easy Pay please anyone dnt make mistake i had done an allow them to do the process. I should had searched them prior cause my truck would had been coming home and done myself they harrass you and will not offer any type of help to fix the issue all you can do is pay for it n thats it and apparently its midas saying also read more

Wow!!!! I want to give a big thank you to the lady ms. Mel . she is the best!!!! She took her time with me . not only did she just let me know what's wrong with my car but she broke it down so i could understand. Then she help me with my price range to get the proper quality for my car. Then there's a guy name matt i believe. He was very nice not only did it he work on my car but he took his time and assured me the best .. There was a couple other people that worked there.
