Living in Florida in the middle of summer the last thing you want is to not have AC. This is exactly what happened last week. I brought my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to Guaranteed Auto Air not knowing what to expect. Unfortunately it was worse case scenarios. However the folks are Guaranteed were professional, helpful and did their best to provide the best solution for me. BOTTOMLINE: GAR abandoned me .... leaving me with a very serious and very expensive issue non-existent before GAR serviced my car. The real experts (Toyota) had to be relied upon for both problem diagnosis and correction. GAR was going to send my vehicle to AAMCO - again - and if AAMCO couldn't figure out what was wrong - like the 1st time GAR sent it there - GAR was then going to send my vehicle to Toyota. GAR told me I had the choice of that course or to send it directly to Toyota. Of course, I said to skip AAMCO and go straight to Toyota; GAR paid to replace only a part (torque converter) at Toyota - which didn't fix the problem, and they then proceeded to shifted responsibility to Toyota for the proper repair (transmission replacement). GAR has been a complete nightmare for me - which I will never, ever repeat. read more

Rob, who was the man with the plan! He was straight to the point, very helpful, and even referred me to one of his local contacts to get a tire repaired versus replaced. We had recently left a dealership where they told us we needed to replace all four tires which wasn't the case. I showed up without an appointment and was in and out with an oil change and a tire rotation in 55 minutes. 5 stars for both mechanical service and customer service. Guaranteed Auto Repair has friendly staff, and sometimes has a free loaner available. If you only care about those things, they may be the place to go. Unfortunately, they are not good at diagnosing vehicles, leave things disconnected, and even after they state that a repair will absolutely fix you vehicle, then say that it is something else after you pay and find the car still broken. They also overcharge on labor. Not good enough that they are the highest around, they seem to add extra time to the repair. Get some second opinions and definitely an additional quote before taking your car to Guaranteed Auto. read more

The day of I was able to come a little early and was in and out with a full synthetic oil change for the price of lots of places most basic packages. These guys are awesome. Went in with an intermittent A/C noise. They checked it, but it wasn't making any noise while I was there. They spent a lot of time checking everything over, and even topped off the Freon, but didn't find a problem, so didn't charge me anything. About two months later, my A/C got loud, and quit, and they were the only people I considered bringing it to. They fixed my truck, even gave me a loaner, and took good care of me. I needed a car repair shop and I am new to the area so I looked at reviews online and chose Guaranteed Auto based on their ratings & comments of honesty and reliability. I was not disappointed. I went in (without an appt) and they bent over backwards for me. They looked at the truck right away despite being incredibly busy so we had a game plan since I had no ride home. They got me online so I could work while they did their thing. After taking a look they told me what it would cost to fix but instead of trying to sell me on repairs greater than the value of the old rusty truck they told me to use the money to get something new & safe since the truck would continuously need repair due to the age and rust. The also without hesitation or asking took me home when it was determined the truck was too dangerous to drive. Probably THE most honest and helpful garage in Rockledge/Cocoa/Melbourne. Always optimistic that they can find & fix a problem, at the best price anyone could offer. In the past year I have truly become a fan and an often-returning customer (4 cars in the family, total combined age is 42 years between them!). Never had to bring back a fixed car for another look, and even though I can easily do a lot of mechanical jobs in my own driveway, I trust Guaranteed to do most things faster and better, and probably get the parts cheaper than I could. Unlike most garages, they DON'T do troubleshooting by replacing parts either - if it ain't broke, they don't fix it! :-) So far, they have always found a convenient time to fit my car in, but my only worry is that they'll get too popular & busy and there will be a long wait to get an appointment! read more

Greg and Mike, you guys really saved the day for our five year old Grandaughter. She and her family came to visit after not seeing them for over 18 months. Her ride on electric Jeep would not budge, dead in the water. We struggled to try and fix it, and no go. We desperately tried to find a place to repair it, and could only find regular auto shops. By chance we came across the Yelp listing for Guaranteed. The listing included a photo of Greg working on a children's electric car, with a prescious little girl seated in it. We called, explained our predicament, and was told to bring it over and they would take a look. The place was incredibly busy, but nonetheless received a call later in the day to say it was ready, and the problem was a loose connection. What a great place to do business. They are good people in that I trusted their assessment. My car had air conditioner problems and I had previously taken it elsewhere. The other people put more freon in and said there was nothing wrong. The problems persisted. While it was a serious repair, these guys found an issue that could have eventually done a lot more damage. I have taken cars to other places that come back and want to do $1500 worth of work for no real reason and this isn't that. If they do come and say "you need X Y and Z," you should pay attention because you probably do. read more

On 7/14/17 I wrote a review about repairing both of my daughters cars but now they have helped me with my own car. On a Sunday evening my daughters and I came home from a shopping trip, and apparently one of the doors were not closed completely. Well, Wednesday rolls around and it's time for me to go to work, I jump in and try to race off to work but os coarse the battery is now dead. I take a daughters car to work and fretted all day about telling my husband that was currently away on a three week business trip that my car was dead. I do know a good amount about older cars but this is a 2016 Chevy Equinox. Got the car charger out and opened the hood to charge but you can't even see the battery anymore!! They have built things over the battery!! Fretted a lot more. So I drove by to see the guys again and asked them what needed to be done. The owner says to me "No problem! Give me two minutes to grab my charger and I will get it taken care of." Sorry but I was not very confident that it would be an easy fix. He followed me to my house and hooked his charger up and I swear to you, it took about 5 minutes! His has it up and running so fast and easy I was amazed! I was so impressed! Have had wonderful experiences with Guaranteed Auto Air Repair. I initially came in with an a/c that was not blowing cold in my Explorer. Last year, a shop in Tennessee replaced most of my ac system. I moved to Florida, and no ac. I was quoted by another shop $600 involving replacement of 3 of the new parts. Seeking a second opinion, Guaranteed Auto Air Repair troubleshot the system and we discussed what it would need (replacement of a $1.99 part) and recharging the system ($60). I have cold air again! I go to them when it's time to change oil, rotate my tires, really -- all of my service now. They're honest, reliable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. read more

I had Greg & the boys help rebuild my 95 Acura Legend. It was a difficult job and they came thru. Additionally, I had problems with my brakes for which they did the work. There was still a problem.
