Took it to Central Florida Diesel Performance they ran test on it and said it needed high pressure fuel pump, alternator, and a couple of other things along with fixing A/C they did all this for half the price Ford wanted, the Truck runs like new put over a 1000 miles sense they fixed it Central Florida Diesel Performance is the only place we will take our Diesel Trucks. From the beginning, I was repeatedly promised that the job would be finished "soon," but the work was never completed. Instead of getting honest communication, I kept receiving excuse after excuse while my vehicle remained unfinished. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I have Ring camera footage of him standing at my home promising to complete the work, only for nothing to actually get done afterward. Despite multiple conversations and chances to make things right, I was left without a completed repair and without even a partial refund after giving $1400 and made the car worse . Two months is completely unacceptable to keep someone waiting without properly finishing the job or providing a refund. If there were issues completing the repair, I would have respected honesty and communication. Instead, I felt misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this mechanic proceed with caution, especially when it comes to paying upfront or trusting verbal promises without documentation.
